The house was on a main road, and it was potluck if you could get parked nearby when you returned after a busy day.

The house was really comfortable with everything that you could need for a self-catering break. It was at a central location in cornwall where it was not too far for visiting the main attractions.

All good bed a bit soft

Everything is there and very Quite. Garden back's on to the eastery lots of wildlife. Restaurant two doors up very good and friendly staff. 4 night stay and batteries fully charged. Thanks kat see you again.

Not a dislike but we found the bed and sofa uncomfortable, but might be personal taste. When we stripped the bedding there was no mattress protector which we would have thought there should be. Minor detail but only 4 coat hangers for 2 people with a week of clothing each. Clothes airer would be useful if rinsing items and not able to hang out, as well as heating instructions as although September bathroom towels wouldn't dry but didn't need heating on in every area. There is a portable heater that we were able to plug in the kitchen and put inside the bathroom.

Outside space and view. Facilities were very good. It was nice and clean. Communication good with owner.

nothing really, it's pretty well equipped.

It's a handy location and Hayle is quiet compared to other Cornish towns. The beaches are hidden away which protects them from massive amounts of tourists. The garden at the property is great when it is hot and the garden shower is a fantastic touch and just brilliant when you are sunbathing for cooling off!

The property was very clean. it was also a good base to have. Because the property was pretty central, it was only a short journey by car or public transport to visit different places.

The most comfortable accommodation, a lovely bed, fully equipped kitchen and utensils, the outside space with sunbeds chairs and sun umbrella complete with cushions with storage boxes was the coup de gras.!! Especially as we had wall to wall sunshine for the whole of our stay. :) The beautiful outlook with the views over the tidal river and the cool breezes that came with it in the early evenings was perfection.

Not sue that there was anything to dislike about the property or its facilities. The approach to the property was through a small alley way that had numerous dustbins in the way and the surrounding terraced house looked in poor repair. However on entering the property through the gate it was great relief to see the standard of accommodation that we had booked and the welcome facilities were great.

Clean , tidy, well presented and all of the amenities as promised. It was a little home from home. We wanted a base for a couple of days to explore that part of Cornwall and it was a great choice that suited us well, relaxing start in the morning and in the evening when the outside space really came into its own.

We loved our stay at Waters Edge! The property was perfect, very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was lovely and comfy. The added bonus is the private terrace with seating and sun loungers over looking the estuary at the back of the property. There is also plenty of parking opposite the property for free! We will definitely be booking again. Nice little touches included the fresh flowers on arrival and milk and refreshments in the fridge. The host Kat was very knowledgable of the area and sent us through some information prior to our stay which was very helpful. We would recommend the Italian restaurant situated two doors down called ‘The Terrace’! Great service and great good!

Large damp area on wall right next to dining table, impossible to open fridge unless you bend down to grab the bottom of the door which isn't great for arthritic guests. Rubbish directly outside garden gate on rear wall of garden.

Nice furnishings and host provided extra touches such as tea/coffee, milk and biscuits. Lovely having exclusive use of the rear garden.

Parking was a little difficult . Not many spaces along the road and having to cross with two kids with no crossing nearby was tricky and the road was quite busy.

Lovely outdoor space. Small apartment but had everything we needed. Netflix account on tv for guests and a large bag of children’s toys were fantastic finds :) also 20 min drive from st Ives or carbis bay. Central location to visit other places

Unfortunately on our visit the Heating didn’t work so it got a bit chilly at times and there was a lot of condensation on the windows which made things feel cold and damp but the hosts were very quick to get a plumber in and were very apologetic and sourced us a radiator very quickly so we were lovely and warm with this.

Very Homely and everything had been thought about and it was fully equip with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location to visit many key places in Cornwall and right near the beach and very near shops too. Lovely outside area (although we did not use it) was such a nice view in the mornings and evenings and seeing the birds was wonderful. Very friendly hosts and couldn’t do anything more for you! We would love to visit again!!!!

Mattress and pillows are not very comfortable. The water outside the house is a Site of Special Scientific Interest so should not access for water sports

Very clean and well equipped. Good location (beach and nice restaurants nearby). Outdoor seating and facilities are very convenient. Perfect size for couple to stay.
