Only on small tele in living room that didn’t work, toaster didn’t work, was very cold when we first arrived, showers not great only luke warm no matter how you changed temp. One towel per person was quite small.

Good location, close to pubs and shops, lots of space, spotlessly clean, nice touches like hairdryer, straighteners, iron, tea & coffee

Nothing. Loved everything about our stay!

The apartment was the perfect base for exploring Belfast. It was really clean and spacious for a party of 6 and equipped with everything needed to make this feel like home from home. We were there to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and had such a memorable time. A special shout out to the apartment owner, who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Thank you Erla!

The surrounding area was a bit of a mess. Lots of litter flying around and some of the local property were visually in a poor state of repair.

The property was very clean and well looked after. It was very spacious and had all amenities required for a city break. Including free parking!!

The owners were responsive to requests. The flat is really well laid out, with everything we needed. Close to things in that part of the city, and close enough for taxis elsewhere. It was really clean and comfortable.

It was spacious and clean. Had everything you needed for a stay. Not far from Botanical gardens and Ulster museum and easy walk into central area. Host was great and checked in to ensure everything was to our liking.

Would have appreciated hand towels & slightly warmer water in shower. Probably could have turned boiler up but didn’t want to mess. Fixed squeaky door in double room 😉

The apartment was located on an old quiet street. It was very easy to get to and ideal for our family break. It was clean and tidy, well equipped and spacious for a family of 6. I think it has been said already the XBox was a nice touch, my boys were delighted. Host was lovely easily contacted and checked in to make sure everything was ok with us

Could do with better seating in the lounge area in my opinion but others may not agree.

Hosts were fantastic with great communication and very very helpful The bedrooms and beds were great, comfortable etc can’t fault The location was perfect Spotlessly clean and all in great condition. Super showering and toilet facilities along with tumble drier and washing machine. All the kitchen area and equipment was in great condition and plenty of mugs plates etc

It did get hot at night but we were still able to sleep.

The amenities were great! The view from the kitchen and area to hang out together. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely neighborhood and walkable. The laundry facilities were great!

Only tiny tiny minute niggle...the hot water was hard to control in main shower, but there was another shower so not an issue.

Lovely apartment right at the heart of Queens. Had everything needed for a 4 night stay. Xbox was a handy touch especially for my 12 yr old. Beds very comfortable and handy having 2 shower and loos.

Our only issue was with the wifi, Erla again was very responsive and intends to investigate with internet service provider

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with great facilities. Our host was very helpful and checking in and checking out went very smoothly. There are lots of restaurants and a Centra near by, which our host pointed out to us in a handy welcome guide. I would love to visit Belfast again and I would definitely try to stay in this house. The street was very quiet and there is a bus route into the city just a few minutes from the door. Thank you.

It was a lovely property, very spacious and good amenities. We really liked the detachable chopping board, inspired to buy one for home! It was centrally located, just around the corner from Queens. Lovely powerful shower. The hosts were very responsive, and lovely to chat to.
