A little far out of town (30 mins walk), but nice to be near the botanic gardens. Our only issue was that the bedroom was very light in the morning as there is no blind on the top part of the window.

The property was well equipped and spacious. Robert was extremely helpful and responded quickly to our queries.

Parking in the street was difficult to find and had to parka few streets away.

Location was good and close to city and excellent for Botanic Gardens and University. Host was super helpful and responded quickly to all my questions.

Sadly we booked because listing stated 'on site' parking, which is false as the only parking is along the street - my husband was on business and each day had a tricky task to park on his return. Also, the booking site stated a terrace was available, which was not the case - there is a front garden to the property, but no seating on it, and definitely no terrace attached to the apartment. The other feature which should have possibly been made clearer is that our apartment, number 5, is only accessible via several flights of stairs - access may be an issue for some, and for us personally we would have brought different luggage rather than one large suitcase!

Lovely apartment in a very nice Victorian building near to the university and access to lots of lovely local shops and amenities, including public transport links. Lots of 'extras' which made our 3 night stay easier - washing up liquid, kitchen roll, surface cleaner, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Heating was easy and efficient. Apartment was spacious and very clean.

The apartment was so clean and tidy. Absolutely stunning 😍 my children said the bed was comfy, and the sofa bed was just as comfortable. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the local shops and takeaways. It is easy to access once instructions have been sent to you. Communication with the owner was spot on. 👌 Definitely would stay again and recommend to friend and family if traveling to Ireland. Hope to stay again soon.

Really beautiful apartment, close to the city centre, Ulster Museum and Botanic gardens within walking distance. Apartment was clean, spacious and felt like home. Extra towels for each room, kitchen was well stocked with cleaning products and utensils I didnt meet Robert but He sounds really lovely, allowed us check in early and sent messages to check if we were okay.

It's a 30 min walk to the city centre, but we didn't feel the time go by. Plus there were buses and taxis if we needed them. If you are driving, there is free street parking outside the apartment, but it's first come first serve so try to arrive early.

It's about 5 mins away from Centra, takeaways, and not too far from the Botanical Gardens and restaurants (we recommend Nico's). We also slept well - the area was very quiet all day long.

We loved the location...very convenient for Queen's university, the Botanic gardens and Ulster museum. Quiet location for a good night's sleep as well. Lovely pubs and restaurants in the vicinity. It was a short bus trip into Belfast city centre as well.

Perfect spot for a conference stay. Close to QUB. Walking distance to the city centre. Good restaurants with various food in the vicinity. Calm and safe neighbourhood. All needed amenities. The apartment has all what you need for a short and even longer stay (washing machine). Really loved that one.

Not a criticism but coat hooks or stand would be useful.

Great value for money, the apartment is well furnished with good facilities and modern features. The location is perfect in the university area. Check in and communication was really good, will definitely check the place out on our next visit to Belfast.

Great location, 2-3min walk to one of the city tour bus stops. Close to the university and some nice restaurants. Convenience stores and bus stops are just at the end of the street. Comfi beds and sheets are very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Quiet in the night. Instructions in the Guest handbook are clear and easy to follow.

I love the Botanic Gardens area so this was a great location for me - Ulster Museum, Maggie Mays, Lyric Theatre, all within walking distance. It was a lovely, spacious flat and Robert is a friendly and helpful host.
