I am disabled and over 65 so not having a lift and being on the first floor was a bit difficult. However, the young girl in the bar kindly carried my suitcase up to the room for me. I wouldn't have managed otherwise.

The hotel was convenient for getting around Cleethorpes. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The room needed a bit of loving care. Some of the paper was peeling from the vanity unit and the bathroom although clean had rust around the plug socket in the bath and the tops of the sink taps kept falling off. All that said the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding and bathroom towels were very very clean the pillows were lovely and plump and comfortable. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board were there as were tea and coffee making facilities. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water, even a small one, until you could locate a shop to buy a bigger one Instead of having to use water from the bathroom tap. The other slight problem was that the bar/ restaurant didnt open untill 11am so unable to get breakfast. However, for the cost the hotel was very good and would use it again.

I liked the simplicity and design of my room: no fuss and good facilities for bathing and relaxing. The staff were helpful. The curtains kept out the light. It was good to be able to walk on the dunes and seashore so easily.

Stayed here several times over the years … it never disappoints. Great location and rooms being directly above the best value for money pub food & drink in Cleethorpes is a bonus. Huge beer garden & safe car park too.

We had a couple of problems this time with the room but I emailed about them and the response was excellent I can’t fault this place

We have stayed here twice now excellent staff value for money on food and drinks in a very good place loads of free parking the rooms are cheap and cheerful but very clean lovely towels and bedding

The family room was a good for the value, room was clean. Main bed was a little too firm but that was not too bad. Windows don't open, but we were on the NE side of building so not too much sun. Very good location with good WIFI. Good for nearby buses to Grimsby and Louth connections

Chaotic booking, even though I was staying in the same room and kept my keys, they let out my room and gave out spare keys to my room. No checks were made as to the occupancy of my room and it could of been much worse.

Pillows on bed not to my preference, one was flat and the other lumpy and bumpy.

I’m a return traveller as there is everything you need for a great overnight or couple of nights stay. The staff are amazing, food lovely and service great. Room 1 this time has everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay.

Was a little noisy around 2.30 am , sounded like someone was repairing something downstairs but didn't last too long and hubby never woke up, probably my big ears lol
