You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumI arrived on Monday and signaled that one window blind was blocked. I sent photos with lear explanations of whatvthe issue was. Since I was on ground floor, anyone passing by outside could see me inside. It took until Thursday for someone to come, only to fix something else that was irrelevant. So the issue stayed and I leftbon Friday morning. The rest was ok so I still put an 7

United KingdomThe pictures are deceiving. The mattress was awful.. we could feel the springs in our back. 2 sleepless nights. Did not get as per booking. No dining table. No desk( was delivered later) the kettle and toaster was filthy. Wasn't cleaned to a good standard as advertised. Light bulb hanging from the socket. ( was fixed later ) but should have been before we arrived. They need to remove the accreditation from their pics. Very misleading. Not worth the money. The beds are what you get in a 1 start accommodations. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid.
The location was good. With car park, and security.

United Kingdomflat was too small no dinning room my sister could not sit on the bar stools which was not suitable for older people not very clean e.g. tops of microwave and coffee machine covered in dust bed linen was ripped at the seams we paid more money this time round for a poorer quality
the location was perfect the staff at the other end of the telephone were very nice the venue is very nice in side the entrance halls near the local shops and pub for lunches

United KingdomThe bed needs replaced when you got into it you rolled into the middle I had a visitor who parked in the visitors car park bay but unfortunately she got a ticket when I addressed it the receptionist said the have just found out that the parking was outsourced to an outsider and did not inform us I will be contesting the ticket and think the owner should have that in the instructions that visitors cannot park in visitors car park which put a damper on the night
