We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe've stayed here a couple of times to break up the long journey from Scotland to Kent. It's a really nice hotel and I always wish we had longer to explore the area rather than staying for one night and dashing off. Rooms, grounds, lounge bar and restaurant are all great.

Breakfast was lovely and dinner on the terrace. Slightly costly but still lovely. The event manager at the venue was amazing, super friendly and warm and a great person to be around on a wedding day (we were attending a friends wedding). Room was spacious and clean and really lovely. Refreshments were available in the room also which was good after a long journey.

United KingdomThe only thing I would say is it was soooo warm, we noticed the radiators were on in the toilets.
The grounds are just beautiful, we attended a wedding here on Saturday. To be honest the staff were absolutely fantastic they couldn’t do enough for you as a guest. Lovely lady behind reception gave me her bobble (so lovely) I was a little worse for wear the morning after (too many Proseccos) they went out their way to make sure I was ok! The day was just so special, lovely facilities aswell, love the new updated decor.

Really liked this hotel. In a two week period of a different hotel every night this wash head & shoulders above the rest. Great layout, good food, great staff, nice outside seating, EV chargers that were easy to use. The Blue Bell Inn up the road was also great for food, if like us you stay a few days
