United KingdomThe WiFi wasn't great whenever there was anybody beyond me and my son logged on. The room itself is pretty tightly spaced and if one of your room mates doesn't want to use the bunk bed they'll have to use an uncomfortable sofa bed. No toilet paper was provided, no tea towel for dishes and only one bathroom towel and hand towel was provided.
Nice big fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, and oven with some pots and utensils and a sink. Easy to use radiators, towel rail and shower. On site parking is good for 3 cars with room to manoeuvre. Easy to find and close to the town.

Hong KongOnly provide one toilet tissue, one baggage bag, two towels for 4 nights stay, the guests have to buy tissues and bags, wash towels by washing machine (buy own detergent). No tea bags or coffee. Very basic, don’t expect more caring service. Bunk bed is very unstable, moves and shakes when sit up , mattress are too soft, uncomfortable.
The Kitchen have sufficient utility for cooking.

United KingdomWhole apartment has been built with rough finishes and fixings everywhere. Dirty carpet square in lounge area. Floor had not been cleaned and was tacky to walk on. Stains on lounge sofa. Washing machine didn’t work. Maintenance attended; machine wasn’t plugged in behind machine and wiring not connected in control panel. Started wash at round 7:30pm. Machine was still going at midnight and sounded worse than a jet fighter taking off on spin cycle. Shut down and had to finish in the morning. Dirty dishes and cutlery. Had to compromise wash prior to use. No plug for kitchen sink. No dish washing liquid or sponge/scourers available. Toaster didn’t work. 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 3-night stay; no spare paper. No toilet roll holder. No toiletries provided. Shower: - · does not drain properly · mould in corners · goes from warm to freezing and takes ages to get warm again · leaks water to outside floor Bathroom wash basin approx. 2 litre capacity with no shelving or space on basin for even toothbrush and paste. Website claims 3 car spaces available, but only 2 cars can be accommodated for 8 rooms. No handrail on access stairs. Switchboard cover fell off on wife’s head. Switchboard cover has bent and broken fixings. Requested toiletries, and cleaning supplies, but received no response. Understand why dishes from previous tenants were not clean.

Well where do I start. If anyone is thinking of booking any apartment here Don't. Parking shows 3 bays which can only hold 2, to tight to get a third vehicle in. Once through entrance door I was hit wish a very strong smell of someone smoking and not the normal tobacco. I was room 5 so up the stairs to the door. Tried the door and it open without me putting in key pad number. Tried it a few times and the door just didn't lock .phoned the owners and they said they wud get maintenance man to come , in the meantime I was given a new room 8. This room was not clean at all . I again phoned and they said move back to room 5 and wait for maintenance man. Problem with door was door smaller than frame so lock didn't engage properly. Maintenance man came screwed a piece of wood on frame to sort , didn't feel very safe to be honest. Room 5 was again not too clean and poorly finished . Towell rail fell off due to very poor installation. The shower has a major leak under the tray. The shower door does not close The bedroom door does not close The electric meter box cover fell down onto my partner No notice taken of me messaging them through booking dot com We were on the third floor and no fire doors to any apartment, no intumisent seals or smoke seals to the doors. Very steep and narrow stairs with no hand rails. The windows had opening restraints which would be a problem in an evacuation. Doors slam all day and till about 2 am. The front door is so bad the house shakes. People shouting in the street just at night well into the early hours.
