The only hiccup was that there was a miscommunication so the bed sheet's hadn't been changed when we arrived, because we were allowed an early check in. That was totally fine though and didn't affect us because they were changed within an hour of us arriving.

Great location and the host was very responsive! The property looked exactly like the pictures and they even left chocolate and water for us when we arrived!

Not enough towels and extra blanket since there are three of us sleeping. There is no complimentary bath soap, shampoo or lotion in the bathroom so we have to go to a nearby store to buy some out of our pockets.

The cozy and spacious room with a kitchen which is well equipped. Having a washing machine is a convenient addition. Contactless checking in and out is easy. The location is very close to everything you need and a few minutes walk to the tube making it even easier for us to get around the city.

Really easy to stay in - has everything you need - even lavazza coffee pod machine :) Bed & shower great too. Great wifi TV etc Good location with easy transport of all kinds. Def recommend & would stay again :) Good communication & staff really helpful too.

A bit of a staircase so if you have heavy suitcases, it can cause slight inconvenience.

Location is great and mere minutes from the Paddington station. It’s central but quiet and peaceful. The flat has all the facilities required. Perhaps consider providing an iron. That will give the place a perfect 10 for me. Kanak and his assistant, Arsilan were very helpful. Despite the late check-in, they were patient and accommodating.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

This place is stunning and it really made the difference for our family holiday. Few minutes walk from Paddington Station, therefore a perfect link to go literally anywhere with the Tube lines leaving from there. Super clean, confy, and perfect to go with kids, having a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. The owner and the staff were extremely kind and available to any kind of requests, check-in/out ran smoothly. Highly recommended!

Very carying host - help a lot to find a solution for our special needs - store the luggage prior to checkin and very helpful with various advices. Super location, nice place, enjoyed a lot welcome refreshment. I will certainly consider to come back again when visiting london for leisure. Good value for money (for london standards)

This property is perfect! My kid loved the loft area. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location is great! I ran in Kensington gardens almost daily. There are two tube stations and the bus within minutes walking distance. Lots of little restaurants and grocery stores to get what you need. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had. They left us water, chocolates, dish soap, laundry soap and offered to help if a problem came up (we had no problems). I had to go to London twice in a 6 week period, stayed in four places and this was my absolute favourite.

Excellent communication with the owner of the apartment, who was welcoming, responsive, and extremely helpful. We truly appreciated his positive attitude. The place was cozy, fresh, and tidy, perfect for accommodating three people. Its great location near two underground stations made traveling easier. We had a wonderful stay and a restful sleep each night.

Not a big criticism but could have done with an iron and ironing board.

Very helpful team. The apartment was really clean and tidy. There was fresh milk, bottle of water and chocolates provided. There were all the facilities required eg dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, TV and great broadband.

Trust me, go for this if it’s within ur budget. Location is SUPERB, Zone 1. 3 mins walk to Paddington’s station (15 mins via express train to Heathrow Airport; Underground tube to connect u to many other attractions nearby so it’s really really convenient n saved travelling time). Sainsbury’s, M&S food store n other eateries at Paddington station n lots of restaurants otw to the unit. Apartment- it has almost all kitchen appliances to ur convenience, heater (unit n bathroom) is working well. Customer service- excellent! They solved some minor issues immediately which I really appreciated it. Overall it’s really a value for money nice 6 nights stay for us.

The location of the apartment is perfect for travelers. Near Paddington station, easy to take underground to every where. There are different restaurants and shops near by which is pretty convenient. The owner is friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying here.
