Check-in via a tablet in the foyer was a bit tricky as we couldn't find the right booking confirmation code, but eventually it was done remotely.

Great location right in the centre of town. Very clean. Good kitchen and bathroom. Good bedding. Two TV's. Nice view over a square. Despite being in the middle of town there was very little noise. We slept like babies.

Location is close to a public square where guests smoke cannabis and talk loud until 12:30am, so it was definitely hard to fall asleep.

Everything inside it the room, ease of access to public transportation, staff’s hospitality and consideration to store our luggages before we check in as we had a tour scheduled prior to checking in, and the smooth check out process.

No washing machine and shower had min pressure and moderate heat. The shower gel and shampoos were wonderfull. Also there was no kitchen sponge.

Hardly any pressure in the water so having a shower wasn't the best - water trickling when it was on warm/hot - not ideal!

The no person check in could be a lot more smoother. I had paid extra for early check in and check out. I never received an email station early check in or check out wasnt possible so arrived at the property early assuming I could check in early. Also at the time of check out, I had to call multiple times to confirm whether late check out was accepted or not. Other than these teething issues, had a lovely stay here

The location was excellent, right in the city centre. It was about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. Staff were very responsive and the information they gave was extremely detailed and helpful. It was very spacious and had good kitchen facilities which was extremely useful as I was there for a week.

Was a lot of noise that woke us up early, not sure if it was Tescos below us or the cleaner but there was a lot of banging around.

Not much to dislike, street noise was annoying sometimes but that can't really be helped as the location is pretty much dead center and you can walk everywhere.

Clean, fantastic location, hassle free check-in and checkout, only £10 extra for late checkout which was very useful, could also pay another £10 for early check-in. The minibar was a nice touch and reasonably priced. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could think of with oil, salt and pepper, coffee machine and coffee, tea bags and kettle with milk in the fridge. The bed was comfy and the space was really efficiently set up.

Nothing related to the flat in itself, but the people staying next door who were NOT quiet and NOT gentle with the doors. Heard some children playing hide and seek in the corridor so had to physically go in the corridor to ask them to be more respectful.

The location was very central which was lovely. The flat was bigger than on the pictures and met all expectations: super clean, cozy and very well equipped!

We loved the location with close access to all Bath attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable, well appointed, everything you need to enjoy Bath. Easy contactless check in and check out.

One negative is the air pressure vacuum in the corridor. Every time any door is opened along the corridor, it causes your door to open and is quite noisy. One thing to improve could be providing detailed step by step guide for how to check in, and a phone number to call on arrival if there are issues. The iPad check in did not work for me, and the only means of communication with hosts is through the door bell/intercom system, and given it is right outside a bus stop, it was extremely difficult to hear. The range hood could also use a good clean, as it leaves quite a greasy smell in the apartment.

The location is right in the heart of Bath. The amenities were great and it was clean and nicely styled. Great spots to eat and shopping nearby. The kitchen was fully kitted out, and the TV switches direction to face bed, or couch, which is a nice touch.

There was no microwave , and I couldn’t find any pots/pans or sharp knives for cooking (they were probably there I just couldn’t find them)

Doors slamming was noisy, no reception, no one to book a taxi for us on departure.

Immaculate, warm spacious room, great shower, comfortable bed, kitchen was awesome, having a fridge is so convenient. Exceptional Location, right next to the baths.

There was no lift and we were place on the top floor. We had to lug our large suitcases to the floor by floor. Also while it was convenient to have a Tesco Express and a bus stop just at the door of the apartment block; when we were checking in there were a few unsavoury characters hanging around observing us while we talking on the intercom giving details of our phone number etc.

The apartment was modern, spacious and very well furnished and conveniently located. Wonderful actually.

No lift and 6 flights of stairs with luggage 🥺

Perfect location. Very modern, with lovely touches like coffee pods, quality toiletries! Tesco and great pizza place right next door.
