The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it needs suitcase racks.

We had a difficult time finding parking that was close. Many of the nearby lots were full.

This was a light, airy, clean apartment with two separate spaces. We all loved this place. The location is perfect, the kitchenette was convenient & well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, great pillows & bathrooms were clean, bright & had lovely smelling shampoo & conditioner.

No need for the ‘mini bar’ as it takes up a lot of room in the fridge, and there is a Tesco right next door! Shame there was no chopping board. Some outside noise late into the evening due to central location, especially on the weekend.

Location was great, right in the heart of Bath, and just a 10min walk from the station. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Good welcome pack with info and instructions. Very clean, with daily emptying of bin, and nice toiletries provided for use. Very secure with easy to use key cards.

1) Our rental apartment is located on the third floor (4th floor by American counting, wasn’t notified about that until time of check in) and there’s no lift. 2) The apartment building is located next to bus stations so at times it was noisy.

There were at least 15 bottles of Cow Shed products in this small flat... Is this a Cow Shed shop or an apartment ??? And 2 TVs... Not in to sustainability then

Shower was awful - a trickle of luke warm water. Hanging space, but no drawers to put other bits in - so you had to live out of the suitcase in the floor. My trainer socks were pretty dirty after walking around the apt. NB 50+ stairs to our appt on the top floor.

A nice comfortable studio apt. Nice to have the kitchenette, but we only used the kettle and coffee machine (this leaked, but worked! ) - good size bathroom, with large walk in shower…. (But see below) …. Comfy bed. Great location, bars and restaurants just outside, and 2-5 mins from the main centre. Very quiet in our apt located at the back of the building.

Perfectly sized and located apartment for my needs, thoughtfully appointed. The location may be a little noisy at night but this is to be expected in the city centre. The building itself was quiet. Easy check in/out with help from the staff. I will definitely book again next time I visit Bath.

I had a late check-in. All the details were very detailed in the message, however the pincode was not working. I was about to leave and go to an hotel but a guest was entering the building and when I told them the pin is not working she openen me the door and she told me she experienced the same thing. You have to fix this problem, apart from them everything was very nice.

Great hotel room in the heart of Bath. The staff were very friendly and were happy to hold our luggage before check in. The room was exceptionally spacious and the fold out bed was made up as requested. Very clean and excellent location. Can't fault this accommodation.

Check-in via a tablet in the foyer was a bit tricky as we couldn't find the right booking confirmation code, but eventually it was done remotely.

Great location right in the centre of town. Very clean. Good kitchen and bathroom. Good bedding. Two TV's. Nice view over a square. Despite being in the middle of town there was very little noise. We slept like babies.

Location is close to a public square where guests smoke cannabis and talk loud until 12:30am, so it was definitely hard to fall asleep.

Everything inside it the room, ease of access to public transportation, staff’s hospitality and consideration to store our luggages before we check in as we had a tour scheduled prior to checking in, and the smooth check out process.

No washing machine and shower had min pressure and moderate heat. The shower gel and shampoos were wonderfull. Also there was no kitchen sponge.

1. The apartment does not have an elevator and going up and down the stairs esp with heavy luggage is a hassle. However, you can ask for help from the reception if needed. 2. There is no washing machine in the studio unit so if you are staying more than 3 nights you may want to go to a laundromat or bring a good number of clean clothes. 3. The bed is a bit on the soft side and the pillows are not comfortable (there is a plastic lining/polyester cover around it, which makes a plastic-y sound when we move).

This is the second time we stayed here and the place is superb.  It is right in the middle of town, 2 mins walk around the corner from the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, about a 7 min walk from Bath Spa train station, tons of restaurants and shops around the apartment within walking distance and there is a Tesco Express next to the building which has more than your basic everyday needs, incl groceries. It is also in front of a bus stop. The apartment itself is modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, water kettle, plates, cups, wine glasses, utensils, basic pots and pans incl glassware for baking. It has a 4-burner stove and an oven-microwave with exhaust hood. The bathroom has all the bath needs with regular size Cowshed products. Bath towels are thick and large. The both times we stayed here we got a studio unit and it is more than enough for the 2 of us. Whilst the cost does not incl everyday cleaning and change of towels, the housekeeper does come to pick-up the trash everyday. Overall we are very happy to be staying at Hiding Space. Checking in and out is a breeze and easy, and we can store our luggage at the reception office on Trim St 3 mins walk from Westgate. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Bath!

The no person check in could be a lot more smoother. I had paid extra for early check in and check out. I never received an email station early check in or check out wasnt possible so arrived at the property early assuming I could check in early. Also at the time of check out, I had to call multiple times to confirm whether late check out was accepted or not. Other than these teething issues, had a lovely stay here
