The dirty wet narrow pot holed roads 🤦‍♂️- (one of those things not there fault ) .knowing some of the animals we visited every day were off to slaughter 👎.

We found the bed a little un comfy as they were as we seemed to roll into the middle of them. Also we could smell food every morning from the cottage next door. Though we know this couldn’t be helped as they are old buildings.

Lovely little cottage. Perfect for if there are two of you. The cottage was lovely and warm and a great welcome hamper on arrival. Having the hot tub opposite the cottage was a great idea and we got to enjoy the view out across the farm. Even in the wet weather as it’s all undercover.

Slightly tired interior and farm shop could do with bit more eg snacks etc (but appreciate it’s Christmas!).

Suppose like a typical brit I'll have to find something to moan about..... hmm...... give me a minute.... suppose the shower room the the hot tub had a better shower than the cottage. But that really is barebones nit picking. Wonderful place. Will be returning

Was nice that it was in the middle of nowhere. Cottage was small and cosy, lovely for a couple. Hottub was overlooking the field, and had its own shower room. Bed was so comfy, had a excellent sleep. Lovely welcome basket as well. Wonderful place. Can't wait to go back next year

Lots of flies....but as it's a farm you kind of expect it (only solution would be to install fly screens on all the windows which is probably very costly)

Fantastic location. Hot tub with attached private shower is a great idea. Farm shop with home produced meat packs, a few staples, books, games and knitted items was a perfect touch too

Nothing to not like.

Everything! The fact that it’s in the middle of nowhere was just perfect as it was so peaceful which is exactly what we needed. It was so lovely that there was a place where you could buy some eggs and jam. There was also some lovely knitted items too! The hot tub was perfect and we got a lovely little basket with eggs, and snacks in! Communication was brilliant too.

Have loved our little holiday. The cottage was immaculate and had everything you need. The hot tub was a massive bonus and the views from the hot tub were amazing. Brilliant idea to have the hot tubs separate from the cottage with their own shower and toilet room. The area is very quiet and secluded. Amazing stars at night and we even got to see a shooting star one evening. The week was relaxing and peaceful. Just what me and my husband needed to recharge our batteries.

Have observed before that being in the countryside and having farm animals to look at brings the downside of flies to contend with but you just have to find ways to coexist with them!

The view from the property was stunning and to be able to observe it from the luxury of a hot tub was an added bonus. Seeing all the various farm animals was lovely and being able to read about them on information boards was very interesting.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like about the accommodation. Everything was as I wanted it to be, and staff was more than happy to accommodate to our needs.

I absolutely loved the location, the hotub was amazing and the accommodation was beautiful. It was amazing being able to go for a wonder whenever you wanted to see all the farm animals. Lovely little village a few miles away, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be booking to go back and I'm also booking for my parents to go as their Xmas presents. Staff are fantastic and are available to answer any questions at any time. There are some great farm shops nearby, I recommend taking full advantage of these.

The cottage was spotless clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hot tub outside was very good, well organised place with shower facilities at the hot tub and all private area with keys. The cottage had everything you could require from pots, pans even down to tin foil. Very nice welcome basket on arrival which was a nice touch.

was such an enjoyable stay. the cottage was so comfortable and kept us warm. the bed was so comfortable. dog friendly- they had such a lovely time. picturesque scenes from the hot tub. would definitely come back!
