The owner could not have been more accommodating with regards to my complex dietary needs (I have a gluten allergy - I am also a vegetarian). I did not know that breakfast was included in the price when I booked the accommodation, so it was an unexpected bonus. Excellent food. Great and comfortable accommodation. Good for the frequent busses to Brixham & Paignton and also the hourly Kingswear bus. The owner also gave me a pot of tea upon arrival which was most delightful. I am autistic and find travel and staying at places difficult, but here I was made very welcome. There are also excellent walks around the area, so you can leave your car at home. Brilliant stroll to Elbury Cove and Broadsands Beach. Galmpton and Stoke Gabriel are also within walking distance. This YouTuber was very happy. Paul

This guest house in my opinion was simply perfect.

When we left the Guest House on the first morning, we returned later in the day and our room had been completely serviced. On the second day we returned to the room as we had left it, we had to make our own bed, but the rest of the room had been serviced. On the third day the room had not been serviced at all. We did not complain in case we got the young lady who's job it appeared to be in trouble. .

The guest house was lovely, and we were made to feel very welcome, and the owners Pauline and Steve are both lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble even when we asked to extend our stay part way through the weekend Very quiet and serene would highly recommend. It is very clean and tidy and spacious Breakfast is excellent Local for transport and bus service

Overall lovely place to stay. full breakfast great. Room quiet, even with steam trains passing. Great to be able to leave car at hotel and travel by bus with pass. Nice walks along coast but a bit up/down.
