Bit hot in room. Couldn't open window. Not enough to put us off staying again.

Ahhh it's not the hotels fault but if you are not on top floor there are alot of noises from squeaky old floor boards with people walking. But it's a minor thing.

It's a cute little Hotel very nice with all the decorations up and perfect for a Xmas ,New Year break. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff fabulous 👌

The organisation needs serious work. Told food was served 5pm to 8pm. At 6.25pm the menus were removed and we happened to ask why. Told kitchen was now closing at 6.30pm. If we hadn't asked we wouldn't have been told so we decided to order and eat a good hour before we planned to. Went up to order drinks at 7.20pm and saw other guests ordering food as the kitchen had been reopened. Not a big deal but annoying all the same.

No cooked breakfast for 2days out of 3. The restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. We had to go elsewhere for food. Due to staffing issues.

The room lacked a bedside table for one side of the double bed and it would have also been better to have a couple of chairs in the room. There is adequate space to accommodate the extra furniture that would have made it more comfortable. There was a window seat but chairs would have been more comfortable to use. On our second night of staying at the hotel we had planned to eat our evening meal there to be told that they had a booking for a party of 12 and could not therefore accommodate us. We had to go out in heavy rain to find somewhere to eat

The food was very good . The room was big and the bathroom was modern. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The chef Jordan and the lady serving, Lenkia, produced excellent breakfasts and service. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The hotel has several public rooms for use such as the bar, lounge and dining rooms. the situation of the hotel was perfect, right in the centre of Bala High Street with pubs, restaurants and shops all within easy reach. The Lake was a short walk away.

There aren't many parking spaces there and you share them with the people coming to the bar or restaurant, not just hotel's guests. Food service hours a bit limited I thought but great menu though.

Excellent location in the high street. We were lucky to get a parking space at the back of the hotel as there weren't many spaces. Advantage of arriving earlier I guess Nice staff. Lovely size room and even larger bathroom. All very clean and cosy. Tea/coffee facilities very generous. TV with Amazon/netflix/... Great breakfast, with "main" served, rest self-service in a nice part of the hotel

Toilet seat was broken. It was extremely hot in the room. Doors need oiling. Quite far from the main doors especially with the dogs.

we were on top floor all three were 70 plus so found stairs hard .no chair in rooms we were beer drinkers not much choice
