Maybe give a fob to guests as barrier was down a couple times and we had to ring warden. It was fine but maybe a possibility.

Bed a little soft, but otherwise perfect little getaway.

Location is great, two mins walk from the seafront. Park is friendly and has everything you'd need. Windemere is well equipped, clean and cosy. Hosts are lovely and really helpful. It's good value for money, for Whitstable area. Lovely pub across the road, Oyster Pearl, with great food if you don't fancy cooking.

We had a lovely mini break at The Windermere. The caravan is spacious and super clean. Comes with all kitchen equipment and bedding. The caravan location is excellent. It’s a lovely little community and extremely dog friendly! Beach right across the road and also a lovely pub with good food and live music at night. The owners are super helpful and communicative. They answer questions very quickly. Getting the keys was a very easy process too.

The caravan was clean, comfortable and was well equipped with all that you need. The park itself had its own pool which was great, the kids enjoyed that. Ricky who manages the caravan was really quick to respond to any questions we had and at providing the info re entry and key safe and was really helpful and friendly.

Not clear where to park and another caravan requested we move our car as we had to park on his grass as no where to park. The caravan wasn’t spotless - there was empty sweet wrappers and the shower wasn’t extremely clean in the shower tray. Would still recommend for a quiet holiday and very easy to get to whitstable from here.

Hosts were very accommodating and caravan had personal touches and everything we needed.

As we arrived, we struggled to find the caravan as there was no one at reception or security and there was no map for guidance . Also the microwave in the kitchen didn't work, we tried multiple times

Nothing, everything was up to standard and more. we couldn’t ask for a better stay.

The properly was very modern, classy and so clean and spacious & warm considering it was -5 outside, it was so warm and cosy inside. shower was so powerful, site was very clean and a lovely site too. The Host Amber was lovely and helpful, and provided us with everything we needed. we will 100% be returning in the near future. thank you again Amber! xx

Not the greatest comfort, but it is a caravan after all, so don't compare to a main bed. Train runs regularly and can be a bit noisy, especially for young ones

Well presented, with basics such as washing up liquid and sponge, as well as condiments available . Staff made a.nice welcome call to ensure we had the entry procedures
