Room seemed small for cost. Bed location awkward for person on window side. Lighting for reading limited unless in bed.

Stay there for four nights. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is good, close to stations. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful apartment hotel. It is very new and clean with a kitchenette. Greeted with tasty treats and water in the room. Bed was big and comfortable. Quiet area at night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Directions from rail. Room was a little ssmall

Location was very handy from Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line straight to Paddington. Bit difficult to find even with directions but not too far from station and when known was a very easy walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The table was very small.

This is located just a short distance from Paddington Station, so it was easy to get to our flight when leaving London. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a washer and dryer. The walk along a canal to Little Venice was very nice.

In the middle of the night due to fire alarm we stood at the road almost 5 hrs with the freezing weather...however hotel management didn't offer any compensation as that day we could not able to sleep. No engineering team or security team was available in the hotel . Hotel depends on the agency staff...very shocking..that key departments are missing from the hotel manning and no one was there to look after safety and security in a difficult situation. Front desk staff including GM was there however they were not the right people to handle the technical glitch.

Location of the hotel, Mr Shane ,the GM, who offered us early check-in and offered us to have breakfast ..very nice gesture from a hotelier Mathew from Front desk was superb.

The room was a little on the small side and felt cramped at times, but was fine for a few days

Friendly staff and well-equipped, pleasant room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great views. Pleasant location near a canal basin with restaurants, bars and cafes. Well-connected on the tube (two stations nearby) and trains (via Paddington). An excellent base for exploring London.

We stayed here just one night but this hotel would be a good place for a longer stay in London. The rooms a clean and comfortable with a little kitchenette. The view from the bed. in the upper floors is stunning!

Cleaning schedule policy could have been more timely, but we did not encounter any problem. The hotel is very close to tube and Circle line from Edgware Road takes you straight to all major attraction (Paddington also 10 min walk). But you cannot go in major landmarks on foot.

Everyone can be good in business as usual times, but it takes real excellence to make memorable experiences for guests and make them feel safe when an unexpected situation occurs. Hotel is a 15 minute walk away from the gathering point for Harry Potter buses (Marylebone) overseeing merchant square and the canal

Our stay was very comfortable. Easy check in, love the modern feel and minimalist interior deco. Was impressed with the electric block out blinds, and comfortable beds and sofa beds. Easy access to M&S grocery store within walking distance that allowed us to cook or heat up our food as the kitchenette was well equipped with the basic appliances. Also close to Paddingtion Station. Staff made us feel welcomed namely Monica, who offered us complimentary drinks at the reception lounge upon check in and check out. We were also offered takeaway coffee and drinks before wh headed out for the day too. Will definitely be staying at Wilde Hotel apartments for our future trips and travels. Communication was online on whatsapp and requests for replenishing hotel items were quickly responded.
