I liked everything.

The room was great with lovely views, very spacious with lovely Victorian furniture. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well presented and Margaret was the perfect host and very organised.

It was a very clean, warm, and inviting place to stay. Lovely features. The bed was so comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Lovely everything. Margaret was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. She was able to tell us about all the things that were going on in Great Yarmouth. There was nothing we didn't like, and we will be staying again.

Fabulous room, spotlessly clean, great facilities and really friendly and helpful host, Margaret. Thank you for the fan and needle/thread. Enjoyed watching the football from the window too. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was on the ground floor right next to a communal outdoor space. This space was for all, including smokers.. Whilst getting dressed we couldn't open the curtains due to a lack of privacy.

The hot water system, went from cold to potentially skin removal quite quickly. Need to be very careful when adjusting the shower.

Room was very large, having chairs to sit in rather than having to lay on the bed. Good location and excellent view. Host and room service very understanding as I was ill on my visit.

There was nothing at all I didn’t like.

It was a beautifully decorated, warm welcoming accommodation. It had excellent facilities and very well thought of helpful additions and instructions to make my stay comfortable and seamless. It was exceptionally clean and very well presented. The gift was a thoughtful surprise. The location was perfect.

Very helpful and friendly owner. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. Perfect location and our room had sea views. Also very quiet and we slept well. Very close to the sea and an easy stroll to the town and all the attractions. The towels and bedding were lovely and clean. Everything was well presented. Lots of space for our clothes. Free parking on the road, we found there was lots of spaces and parked right outside the property.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Had absolutely everything we needed for a fabulous weekend away in Great Yarmouth. We have always chosen to stay at Premier Inn whilst in Great Yarmouth - this we won't be doing anymore. We would 100% recommend this guesthouse.
