Beautiful hotel, Margaret the owner was great. On hand to help us with everything. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Beds were very comfy, the whole place was immaculate. Margaret was helpful with what was going on events wise. Beds were remade and room tidied every morning. My son particularly liked how fluffy the towels were.

A lovely clean room with a great view and the free parking was a bonus. Margaret was very welcoming. She sorted out an issue I had with turning the shower on straight away. The room had everything needed in it including tea and coffee etc and great value. Would stay again. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Location was great, and close to everything. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable and Margaret the host was so welcoming and friendly. Margaret sent us all the information about getting into the building and our room, welcomed us when we got there and even sent us a message when we left.

Communication information and the welcome I received from the lovely host Margaret was great from the moment I booked to my arrival at Annabelle rooms. Hotel is exceptionally clean from the outside in. Bright fresh and smelt lovely. Clearly a sense of pride to all involved in the running of this establishment and would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing - truly was a fantastic visit. These rooms have everything you need

Everything about this break was brilliant. Dont think I could have picked a better place to stay for our family. Had 4 separate rooms as we were there for a family wedding. The rooms are so clean, and the beds super comfy!. Nothing was too much trouble for Margaret(owner). We all had a fabulous stay and already planning visit next year to meet up with our brother /family who live there. Just a few minutes walk to the front and a good selection of bars/restaurants.

I've been contracting in Great Yarmouth on and off for the last five years and Annabelle Rooms has become my preferred accommodation. Great value for money, spotlessly clean and some homily touches you don't get at other establishments.

Bathroom/ shower area was really tiny. Room was quite small (but adequate) so not much space to put anything. Fridge tiny. WiFi would only support my phone, not my PC.

The place was very clean, tidy, well organised and secure. Comfy bed. It was very good, given the price paid. No real complaints.

Margaret is such a friendly lady. Nothing is a problem for her. She even carried out cases to our room. Plenty electric sockets and usb charging slots.

What a find! Beautiful guest house. Incredibly clean and fresh smelling. No expense spared. Had absolutely everything you needed for a gateway. Margaret the host could not have been nicer or more helpful. Superb quiet location with parking. Highly recommend.

The mini Fridge isn’t really a fridge it’s a cooler. couldn’t fit more than one 500mls bottle of water in it.

The property was immaculately clean and my room was very comfortable. Great value for money.
