Very noisy ,was woke up many times with noisy people above us . Also our door rattled every time someone closed there door. Had to wedge some cardboard underdoor.

Asked for a double but got two single beds, and was too late to go and ask to change as we just wanted to sleep after a long day. Everything else was all good.

We only had one room key card, which was a bit annoying if you had to go out for anything as removing the key switched the lights and telly off, but it was our fault, we didn't ask for a second key card. I'm sure the staff would have given us one.

We were on the ground floor. On the second night we were disturbed by the guest directly above walking heavily in their room. The corridor doors also close noisily. This compared unfavourably with Premier Inn for example.

Ok We opted for continental breakfast which, together with the evening meal, was of a reasonable standard. The beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was maintained at an appropriate level. The staff were friendly and efficient.

It’s just a little bit hard to find it through only postcode as the same postcode is related to loads of properties in the area so best is to search it in sat nav by the WILLOWS name exactly.

Door in room rattled every time someone went through corridor doors. Think door needs attention. Quite annoying as could get to sleep until later than usual.

For £40, this room was as good as a £100 room booking. The place was spacious, excellent WIFI, clean room and facilities. The bed was a bit hard for my wife, but I thought it was really comfy! Would definitely recommend!

Despite having checked what time the pub closed on arrival, the Management of the pub decided to close early due to lack of 'walk in' business. When we returned at 22:15 expecting to be able to have a night cap, we were told quite abruptly that the pub was closed, they had 'cashed up' and that the 'tills were gone'. Whilst I understand the Pub Management's position, the fact that we asked about opening hours on arrival led us to believe that we would be able to have a drink if we returned before last orders. I find this action of closing the pub early unacceptable when they have residents. It would have been nice to have been able to enjoy a nightcap after a long day mixed with long distance travel and catching up with family.

Checking in was simple and straight forward. Nice pub reasonable ales and wines. Good location.

The rooms where very good value, extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again if in the area.
