Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe rooms have thin walls and it’s possible to hear guests on adjacent rooms. The rooms don’t have a phone or television which is great if you’re looking for a quiet get away. However, it means that one needs to physically walk to reception to chat to a member of staff. The cafe closes at 1.45pm. That said, the seating area is still open to guests and there are several nearby restaurants to grab a meal.
The facility is well situated within Sheffield allowing easy access to several amenities such as shopping centres and sports centres within walking distance. It has excellent transport links. The center is quiet and provides great space for a reflective time as the rooms are well distributed throughout the facility. The staff are very welcoming. As for the kitchen, it serves a lovely breakfast with very reasonably priced and delicious meals.

United KingdomThe room walls are thin so you can hear other guests, my last start wasn’t so good as there were noisy guests who stayed up almost all night- out of the staff’s control though, can’t do anything about inconsiderate guests! This time was much better as was no noisy people staying.
Staff amazing, really friendly and helpful. Clean room and the shower’s really good. Tea and coffee in the room, free Internet access, and basic breakfast with the option to take away included. Hot breakfast available at discounted price for guests.
