Breakfast not left under light so long . Repair toaster, pay more attention to jacuzzi as difficulty getting in & out especially for people with limited mobility, needs another rail

Breakfast was ok. Was disappointed with the fruit selection as I prefer prunes grapes bananas. Toaster was a nightmare as didn’t toast bread had to put through 2/3/4 times and even then it came Out overcooked & dry. Bacon bit hard. Food left too long under lights

Upgraded rooms should come with robes for spa use. Breakfast was a bit overdone and not to the same quality as evening meal.

We booked Sunday Lunch in the hotels restaurant given the Sunday menu asked waitress what meats for the roast she went to check and told us there was no roast dinners. Not impressed as we also had a 10% off the Sunday lunch. We then left the restaurant we were the only two in there and had to then go and find somewhere else for lunch. Informed reception who apologised and we left . I will be emailing the hotel as it put a dampener to the end of our stay

Good location for high street, bars and restaurants. Breakfast in hotel plenty of choice of hot and cold food, tea, coffee juices. Spa was nice, spa staff were lovely and helpful

On the first floor one of our groups had a window that didn’t open so it was very stuffy.

It looked a little dated outside but inside was lovely. Nice modern clean rooms.

Breakfast could've been better, as bacon and eggs were both overcooked at the hot buffet area. Also, couldn't find the thermostat for the heating and the room was rather cool!

Reception staff were so welcoming on arrival and as we were slightly early for check-in let us sit in Reception to wait until our room was ready (which was only half an hour later). The pool and spa area was also really well appointed and very clean.

Breakfast selection can be enhanced with more options. I would like to see mixture of Arabic/Middle Eastern food; Hummous, Falafel.

Things I enjoyed during my two days were; staff (Imy, Kasha and Greena - Hope I got them right) were very assertive, room (it was clean with good smell) and overall location to the city.

We stayed for two nights and on our last night there was a party function in the room below us. We are not against parties but the music was so very, very loud, it was as if the music was in our room. We had trouble hearing each other and even the TV couldn't block it! My husband rang down at 11.30 pm to ask if it could be turned down a little but to no avail. It did finish at 12 thankfully but we wouldn't expect this from a four star hotel.

It was great to be able to leave the car and visit all the sights in Winchester on foot. The restaurant manager made us very welcome and service in the restaurant was excellent as was the food. Both the evening meal and breakfast were delicious. There is also a verranda where you can sit outside and enjoy a drink. The room was comfortable and very clean.

We were initially allocated a room with only a skylight window, which was obscured and couldn't be opened. We raised this with the Reception staff, who immediately upgraded us to a superior room with an openable window.

Our room was well equipped, clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. The hotel was was located in easy reach of the city centre. We were also happy with the breakfast fare on offer.

The room was a bit dark being next to tall plants on the second floor.Sometimes the food in the breakfast buffet was overcooked although It was always hot. Unable to purchase Chardonnay wine by the glass and a bottle was an extortionate price of £39

Friendly reception and room ready on arrival.We had requested a room with a walk in shower and that is what we received in our club room.Breakfast good and varied and bar area very relaxing and pleasant.
