Clean and centrally located. Staff (Nigel) was very helpful when there had been a slight mix-up with room allocation with a French tourist. Issue was resolved very quickly.

The bedframe was a bit noisy and there was no blind or curtain over the window. Luckily the towel that was provided perfectly covered it, so I had some privacy.

Nothing, really. It is what it is. Comfortable, very reasonably priced accomodation.

This is my fourth visit, so surely that says something. Always clean, well-appointed and great central location. The fridge in each room is a nice touch (albeit a bit noisy during the night).

This is a DIY hotel option (no-one on site), with easy access and a large private car-park behind the property. The room was fine, with a large bathroom and lovely hot shower. Nice to have a fridge in the room. There is a shared kitchen downstairs (i didn't use it). Only a stroll into town to have access to lots of eateries.

Convenient/short walk to centre of Inverness. My arrival first night was at 9;00pm, access to Lodge & room was by pre emailed code,... worked fine. Stay both times was for 1 night, Had a small kitchen which I did not use. Comfortable and clean room.

It's nothing fancy, but you have everything you need. Very friendly and fast contact! Supermarket close by and just a few minutes to the center. You hear the street.

The room was quite small. Some noise coming from other guests, but not too bad.

Location: Quiet road but within walking distance to centre. Clean and affordable.

- noise from traffic in the road facing rooms. The noise diminishes at night but starts early. Road is quite busy so noise is substantial. I suggest the owners look at refurbishing the windows.

- works as a sort self catered hotel. Fully functional and maintained kitchen allowing you to cook your own food - Nice location is a quiet area and good walking distance into town. Next to tescos so very convenient for food - generally helpful and responsive staff - clean and big room

I really liked my room as a solo traveller I felt safe, but other people staying were really noisy shutting the doors behind them.

I like that I had my own facilities but also if needed there were shared areas.

Nothing bad to say but I was disappointed that house keeping came once during my stay and left my door opened all day the day they came. Thankfully nothing was missing.

Very central. Full kitchen available. Washing machine and dryer available. Fridge and kettle in the room. ‘Owner’ very responsive - got an extra blanket very quickly. Would boom again.

- Could do with some TLC/ decoration works - Bed not very comfortble - Bit too much furniture in such a small space. - Door closer not strong enough to close door and no handle on the outer face so harder than it should be to lock your room when you leave.

- Close to the Loch Ness Marathon Registration/ Bus Pick up/ finish line. - Close to a supermarket and city centre - Large communal kitchen with two proper gas cookers/ ovens - Fridge freezer in the room - TV had all the digital channels

I slept one night in upgraded room and it was fantastic, everything renovted, beautiful bathroom, big room with comfortable bed. Really recommend to take standard not budget room.

All great, host and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice running paths in the area.

One thing that I was missing was breakfast in the morning, but there is clear info that they don't offer them and they have kitchen and shop not far from the hotel so all good.

Fantastic host and the staff, very nice and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable. Location is not far from the main street and close to jogging area.
