Not wanting to sound fussy but a few more cushions on the couch and more pillows for the beds would of made a huge difference

Only very minor issues were the heating/hot water being a little bit of a pain but this was well explained by the helpful staff. Also, I believe the WiFi has some issues with DHCP leasing (i.e. it remembers too many previous guests) as I had to setup a custom IP on my phone in order to connect. I would've also liked if some shampoo/more toilet paper was provided

All in all, it's a really good stay. Very spacious and cosy apartment with all the amenities you could need. The arcade machine provided was great fun, and the smart TV's in every room meant could always put something to watch on.

Beautiful apartment..my teenager was made up. We booked for her 13th and spent the night in Blackpool. Face masks, goodies and movies when back...Internet access too...was lovely !

The cleanliness wasn’t amazing - smeared mirrors and dusty blinds. Bin bag and washing left at top of stairs which was a safety hazard. Wasn’t moved the whole stay, we moved it ourselves the next morning worried we’d trip and fall down the stairs. Blue hose thing left outside entrance the whole stay, we did trip over it when coming back in the evening. Confusion over parking and we weren’t contacted about it, had to chase ourselves so communication could have been better telling us about two different areas of parking and a permit which we had no idea about until we chased and asked.

Beds were comfy and had a good night sleep. The game machine was great fun and the bath was lovely too. Great distance from pleasure beach. Good having full sized fridge and kitchen was just what we needed.

I'm really nitpicking here and none of this would put me off booking again - Some of the towels smelled slightly of damp and could do with a hot wash. Water pressure in the shower is quite low, although adequate. There's not much that can be done about old buildings with old plumbing though and I've had worse! There was some dust/debris in places like the blinds and under the beds/couches. Nowhere that mattered and frankly there's probably worse under my own but this would put some people off.

The hosts were great and responded very quickly to questions. The location couldn't be better for the pleasure beach and Sandcastle. Comfortable, spacious apartment and the comfiest couches I've ever used in an apartment. Great kitchen area - well equipped and excellent oven/hob. Decor all looks fresh and well maintained Saw a lot of complaints about the heating but it was working fine and we were nice and cosy. The shower was nice and hot too. Good, fast wi-fi and great TVs in all rooms.

Very modern and big perfect for a family of 6 the retro game was a hit with the kids great location and a bonus to have Netflix on all tvs. A little sceptical at first due to other reviews but the water and heating were straight forward to use didn’t have any issues. Overall we had a brilliant time and would definitely book again.

The stairs were very steep (we was on the top floor) it was really cold and some of the bedding had black hair on it

The property was stunning and well equipped and comfortable, we had a good night sleep as the beds were very comfy

The cleanliness wasn't great. Under the sofas hadn't been cleaned and we found eyelashes on the windowsill plus bird poo on the inside of the window in the living room.

Great location Had a problem with hot water but they sent someone out to sort it within half an hour which was fantastic

The window in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t open. Looked like due to safety as big drop out of it. It could have been a tilt only window as weather was hot and room became uncomfortably warm for sleeping with no air movement. Majority of light bulbs had also gone in the rooms. Lights were multi bulb type but when only one it of 3 works, it’s a bit dark!

Good location, with the decor a bonus. Clean and plenty of towels. Beds relatively comfy but this will always be a subjective matter due to personal preference.
