The only couple of things that would have been better for our stay would have been a small table and few chairs (we ended up eating our pizzas on our laps ) and sharp knife ( there was a picture of some on the listing but not in the actual apartment )

The apartment was spacious and comfortable,it was well furnished and the fire was a lovely addition for when we got back after a long day out after it had started raining

Good location, well equipment kitchen, very comfortable beds. Had a problem with the heating message owner who replied very quickly and arranged for an engineer to visit early the next morning who sorted it out. Great service

It needs to be finished off, some skirtings missing and lacking home comforts. The main bedroom should really have a curtain as the brightness woke my toddler up.

As you walked in, you could smell damp. The bed linen smelt stale and not freshly laundered. Would help if the heating had been on previously and a check that the bed linen was fresh. I could not sleep as all i could smell was stale bed sheets. The damp needs to be sorted.

The washing basket outside the toilet full of the last occupants dirty sheets. Building work been done next door (not your problem I know) started at a reasonable time to be honest but the constant abuse and foul language been shouted at each other was ridiculous.

Location was great, literally 2 mins from the seafront. the added bonus of the parking was great too.

The apartment was lovely and clean very modern we had a great stay but most of all the house keeper bev was so helpful as someone had taken our parking space she was able to get in touch with her boss she gave us a permit literally couldn't help us enough such a lovely lady

there was NO table at a self catering apartment we had2 young children and there was no where to sit and eat, I don’t think you should have a glass coffee table with kids this could be dangerous the tv we could no find freeview

The place is generally clean. The necessities are clean but, areas clearly don't get cleaned. Behind the toilet had cobwebs and spider webs with spiders on it. No outside bin...

Wi-fi didn’t reach the bedroom which meant the TV in the bedroom doesn’t work. However, this is only because the property is so long. this could be easily rectified with Wi-Fi boosters. I would have stayed without a bedroom TV anyway.

Ideal for families. Brilliant location for the pleasure Beach and water park. Also enjoyed the walk to central / North pier from here. The apartment was lovely and clean with all the facilities needed for our stay, little added extras were a great touch. Communication was easy and pleasant. Would recommend and would definitely book again.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t working so we were unable to use the TV at all in the bedroom. And the Tv in the lounge would only show normal programs. The silicone on the around the base of the bath had come off. A bottle lid was propping the side base of the bath up and around the sink the paint was bad.

The location was perfect. Right by the water park and pleasure beach. The beds were very comfy. The apartment was modern.

The main thing which could improve the apartment would be a dining table and chairs. It was awkward to eat with plates on our laps, especially with children, and there was plenty of space for a small table with four chairs. The apartment was also very sparse with no shelving or pictures anywhere.

The apartment is a good size for a family of four with a separate living room area which we liked. The location was fantastic for our planned trip to use the Tiki Cabana at the Sandcastle Waterpark and also for an excellent chippy (Bentley's). The apartment was really clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Smell of damp (had to cover up with perfume). Shower faulty, pressure and temp not great. No fire exit at the back of the property for the two bedrooms as the door was locked and no way to unlock it as the lock barrel was missing.

Very spacious for a family of 4, modern interior and surprisingly comfy beds. Everything you need in the kitchen. Netflix available which was useful with the kids

On first impressions, it was finished to a high standard. However on inspection, there was a damp issue and areas where the room didn't look finished
