One of the elevators was out of service when I stayed, which meant a longer wait for the elevator but that didn't impact me too much.

I've stayed at this hostel many times - it's in a great location near Tower Bridge and Shoreditch and since I was last here, it seems to now be in the midst of a tech district too. The hostel itself is THE BEST I've ever stayed at in London. The rooms are clean, the shower room is elevated, and it's quiet at night, unlike a lot of hostels. The staff always go above and beyond with any request I've ever had. And to my surprise, they've upgraded each bed to include a powerful fan and privacy curtains. If you are on a budget and are looking for a reasonable place to rest your head, this is it!

The elevator was awful, only one worked and sometimes I’ve waited up to 5 minutes to get up.

The first room I was in flooded through the bathroom, but they were swift in transferring us to another room immediately and compensated with free breakfast till my checkout. So the issue was quickly resolved and I liked that

I loved the privacy of the beds so much (despite that I was in a 6-bed room) and the special assistance provided to me by the front desk staff, Will (amazing guy). He was so nice to me and helped me resolve the issue with my initial booking online.

Our one roommate. He was an middle aged guy who peed next to the toilet and not in the toilet all the time. Besides he always let the bathroom door open no matter what he did inside and smoked inside the room.

I liked the cafe downstairs and the view from our room.

A little bit outside of the centre but within 10 minutes walking distance to 2 underground lines.

Very nice hostel with clean and comfortable dorms. Each bed has its own big locker and smaller locker by the bed, power, curtains and light. Very nice reception area with terrasse, coffee and bar. Staff was super welcoming.

Need to fix things faster. We had one lift for duration of my stay. Some dorms where up 7 flights of stairs. I was more fortunate on the 2nd floor

I am very picky about the bathrooms everywhere I go, and I must say that this one was clean, hygienic and had everything. The room was really quite, I stayed in a female room, and the girls were very clean, quite and friendly. The bed was really comfort, I slept very well, it actually surprised me. If I knew it was this good I would had stayed more here, as I booked only one night and then changed into another one.

Soap should be provided in any toilet/sink. It's basic hygiene for everyone. I had my own but it's a nuisance. It is kinda annoying to make your own bed in the darkness if you arrive late.

Good, efficient hostel. Clean and comfortable enough. Location is exceptional for the price. Bed has curtain, shelf, lockbox, and light and socket.

Great location near Tower bridge and close to metro. Nice clean well laid out hostel with friendly staff. Only stayed 1 night but it was great. Nice reception area with coffee shop and downstairs a lovely bar and lounge area. A good separate guest kitchen which was nice and clean. I had been to the Wombats in Vienna and that was also very nice.

No soap in the shower area, but it is for the basin. So it is a bit of an awkward reach to the soap when showering. I understand the desire to save on resources, but all you have to do is install another liquid soap dispenser in the shower. There are two lifts, one broke down and the other is incredibly slow. Not all the rooms can be accessed stair-free (some you have to go up a few stairs on the same level. Not great if you have heavy luggage or are disabled. Can you please start assigning beds, saves having to make up your bed (not normal when compared to other hostels) and ensures you can book your preference if you have one (I have a fear of falling out from the top bunk).

The location Privacy curtains for each bed. The decent sized lockers The bathroom was clean and decently sized Your key card opened your locker inside your room - a small but very appreciated feature I also really liked the modern bathroom. It was clean and functional.
