Just wee things that didn’t make a huge impact to our stay - The toilet seat in the en suite needs mended and there was a bag of rubbish left outside the front door.

Great location! Such a great flat with everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Troon.

It was very cold when we arrived and we found the heating timer hard to figure out. Once we figured it out it was nice and warm

There could have been more sockets e.g., had to use an extension lead to plug in a night light in second bedroom. A larger door stop at the front door. When we arrived there was a hole in the hall wall. It looked as if the door handle had caused it. I relayed this info to the host immediately.

We liked everything about the apartment. It was clean, a bathroom and shower room was great. Our two Grandchildren don’t like showers. The views from the windows were spectacular. All the facilities you would need for a holiday or short break. There were information leaflets about the area. There was a courtesy whisky selection which was a nice touch however we didn’t use it. It was close to shops, play parks, beach etc. Very quiet apart from the odd jumbo jet flying into Prestwick lol. Easy to contact host and replied very quickly. Would definitely recommend this apartment

If we are being picky the following could be easily rectified. Small hole in the wall behind the front door where the handle has previously damaged it. Squeaky double mattress and kitchen bin needs replacing. The fridge/freezer was small but ok for a long weekend but would have struggled if there for longer. However, in saying this we will definitely return.

Well appointed 2 bedroom flat overlooking the sea. Fantastic location which was also near the town centre. Clean and well equipped and great value for money.

Nothing we didn't like. However a couple of things which would have made our stay even better would be bigger Fridge/Freezer, small table or nest of tables to use when sitting in lounge and perhaps a bedside lamp in the smaller of the two rooms. These are not complaints and would NOT stop us from booking again. Just ideas.

I found it a bit disorienting not to find any written instructions waiting for us, plus I didn't know whether the whisky on offer was free or would be charged to us later. As it happens I gave up spirits some time ago, so it was quite a battle for me to ignore the multiple bottles of malt which were on offer. I'm sure that would be a definite bonus for most people, though! However, my main gripe would probably be the size of the fridge. I have no idea why it had to be so small.

The sea views were as great as in the photos, and the flat was clean and well kept and roomier than I had expected.

Double doors in the flat didn’t open. Would have been handy to have a fan in the flat as it was roasting, especially the double bedroom at the front.

View was amazing, great location, good communication from owner. Good sized flat with en-suite.
