Nothing major but for feedback purposes: -The toilets in the swimming pool get a bit flooded by the the shower -Some staff seemed a bit less knowledgeable about activities -One person was a bit unprofessional about not knowing the schedule in how they responded -It was hard to find out the schedule of activities and then sometimes they didn't do the activities at that time (e.g. Easter hunt - no-one showed up) -It would be helpful to have a manual for the oven as it was a bit embarassing when we couldn't seem to work it and had to ask as there is no brand name on there to search online. I gather others have also struggled as none of us have an oven with a defrost option on it and there are only symbols, not words on the dials! None of these factors would put us off going again.

We have stayed a few times. We love the houses as they are home from home. Mainly: -Excellent self-catering facilities (dishwasher included!) -Comfy beds -Spacious rooms -Towels provided -Parking outside the property makes packing/unpacking easy -The Swimming pool is a good size (need your own towels for that if you aren't a member or you can hire them) -Entertainment (we hadn't expected that) -They had a mobile escape room which was good fun and affordable (we aren't members so had to pay but it was only £5 each) -They provided more dishwasher tablets upon request -The wifi worked well in the house we had (other apartments less so in the past but this time it was great) -The setting is beautiful with peacocks, a river running through the middle and it's generally really quiet - Lots of interesting places are within a half hour drive such as Bude and Bideford (which has a Factory Outlet on the outskirts)

Loved the location and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very spacious and clean. All amenities worked well. I also used the leisure facilities and enjoyed the local sightseeing.

Being charged £2.00 for a small amount of draught lemonade on a Martini The chips with with the Fish and Chips were more like Fries, the battered fish was lovely .

I didn’t like a squeaky door as it woke up the ones asleep.

I liked the quietness of the place, waking up to the birds singing. The staff was friendly The kitchen had the basics, tea, coffee, etc

Toilets had mould, washing machine was very noisy. The company was not accommodating. We booked a non refundable option, 4 days before travel my son presented chicken pox. Asked to change date or cancel. Booking.com agreed to not charge commission. The company didn’t budge. Had to come and use the facilities like pool and others.

Property was spacious for family of 5. Location was 1hrs approximately from all directions to places of interest.

Found the security deposit a little stressful - but it was refunded promptly with no issues.

Accomodation exceeded our expectations. Two bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine etc all included which we didn't realise would be included. Staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly, quick to respond when we messaged them.

I didn’t think the pool was warm enough, also the after facilities upstairs for the children could’ve had a lot more interaction. The lady who did the entertainment for the children was way too loud and there was no drinks, tea or coffee facilities for the adults while they were supervising the children. I felt that the upstairs area overlooking the pool was very poor. The pub on site was not in any way welcoming in terms of atmosphere and the food wasn’t that great. I feel that the resort itself needs its own restaurant providing breakfast etc for people who don’t want to cook and maybe snacks during the day and an evening meal.

Our Allocated parking space was taken by unknown car for part of our stay. Staff was helpful and we were able to park nearby.

Beautifully spacious and clean with beautiful views. Loved it. Our 1 bed home was perfect for family of 4. 1 large bed in the room and Even had 2 double sofa beds in the sitting room!

The reception was in the leisure centre. Our room was dirty and a lot of litter underneath the beds and sofas. Very dated and mould on the inside of windows

Be good if there was a cafe on site to get, breakfast lunch and snacks on site.

Booked what I thought was a double room with en-suite bathroom. But got an apartment. We had travelled down to Devon for a funeral. Breakfast was not available on site so went to farm shop, cafe down the road. Food was great. Did not use any facilities as only used as a base to sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful when checking in and out.

The only down side is that the shops are very far away in case you need to buy anything. However they have a bar and restaurant which has very nice food but a bit on the expensive side.

We had to walk up a very steep staircase to access the property. This was particularly difficult due to having a very young Toddler with us.

Reception staff were a bit prickly, less than welcoming, you had to hire extra towels for the pool and they were not always available and staff were unhelpful. There was miss communication about the hire of towels and it's no good if you are free to swim but don't have a towel. It was not clear that we should have taken our own towels, which we would do if we visited again. The changing rooms are wet and not very clean, the sauna and steam room were hit and miss as to weather they were available. Never been to a spa/pool where you had to hire towels before, or one that did not have towels available.

The house was great, nice, clean accommodation. Food and Service in the restaurant were excellent. The pool table was free and that was an excellent service.

Staff need to be polite. Also, towels were not sufficient, and we were asked to clean towels in washing machines before using them. Strange... who goes on holidays and asked by resort to clean towels 😂

The location was great. Peacocks everywhere and house was big enough to accommodate 6 people.
