Bed was tight against wall on one side. No fresh towels replenished over a 4 day visit. Room not cleaned during our stay. No space in toilet / shower area. Basically door touching front of toilet. Only reason I gave a 6 rating was because staff were nice and close to local amenities.

The room temperature was freezing at night and I had to sleep with winter clothes on. The wifi was also down all the time and it was difficult to stay connected. But everything else was nice and worth the price.

Very clean and descent room with comfy bed. Toilet was well maintained and descent size. Staff was very polite and helpful. Located in a nice neighborhood with many shops and cafes and good access to the tube to central London.

A few plug sockets were not working, not too bad as there were other options. Why places with shared bathrooms don't provide airfreshners, I will never understand!

Room was small ( superior double) with tiny shower and toilet. No tea or coffee in room but available 24 hours downstairs in lounge. Had to go to reception to ask for hairdryer.

It was fine for the one night while we were at a family occasion. It was a good location to the venue. It was very clean and comfortable.

There was work being done below my room's window which woke me up early on one day, but that was the only inconvenience and it wasn't even the hotel's fault.

Everybody was incredibly friendly and the room was very clean and well kept, the lobby is welcoming and spacious and I was extremely comfortable the whole time.

The bed was a little low, we would have preferred firmer pillows and a kettle in the room rather than the hot water boiler just downstairs.

The room was clean and tidy and warm, the bathroom was very smart and the shower was really good. Value for money considerings it’s proximity to central London was excellent. I was able to pre book a larger parking space for my vehicle, the check in was straight forward.

Nothing really to not like about the property as it’s a budget hotel at a good value. I luckily had my own bathroom as my room was upgraded. That would be the only thing to mention for future guests to book a room that includes a bathroom if that’s what you would prefer.

The shower was extremely small, and the fittings were poor quality. The room was very warm with no ability to control the temperature.

The accomodation was very convenient to public transport and amenities. It was very clean.

You get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel and I couldn't expect more than I got.

It was adequate for a one night stay. I would not book long term there. The shared bathroom is very small, not suitable for a bigger person. The room was small but clean. There is free wi-fi and a TV in the room.

I knew the room had a shared bathroom, but using the shower was a nightmare as it flooded the floor as it didn't have a shower curtain. No hooks to hang up your clothes and towel, so a bad experience. No chair or hooks in the single room for coats etc.

The staff were pleasant and tried to assist but could have given me more information. Clean room, but no hooks for towels or coats and no chair. Door under the eaves of the roof also kept opening due to wind, as no closing mechanism. Tea and coffee available from machine near reception.

The room required (109) twin room a surf face/ bedside cabinet the space between the singles has ample space for a table or set of drawers as there was no where to place a cup glass phone book keys anything everything had to be placed on the floor which is madness as had to keep bending down for items and as stated such a wasted space between beds for set of drawers or table I would not book this room again unless it was rectified , I cannot comment on other rooms but it is a basic in hotels and B&Bs

Everything was very good excellent cleanliness friendly helpful staff and overall very good value for money excellent location for shops transport including underground but still very quiet
