Room needed bedside tables, mirror, hooks for coats. A bit of colour on the walls would make a big difference. The garden could be beautiful with not much effort and an asset to the hotel. A bigger fridge would be beneficial in the communal area if it is meant for the use of the whole hotel.

Felt safe. Parking outside for around 5/6 cars. Staff pleasant. Liked free tea/coffee making facilities.

I stayed for 2 weeks in a single room. In the UK single rooms can be sized for 1 person so it’s very small and really only ok for just a short stay. The room had a private bathroom but the shower was tiny and it was hard to move around in it. The water and electric were taken offline for several hours after a short area outage and the heating system was a bit hit and miss. I think these are just teething issues for a new system.

This looks like a recently renovated hotel, so it looks good inside. Room was clean. Location is good for what I wanted. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Single room a little small with no bedside table. Not a criticism but hotel could be lifted by improving rear garden which could be a real asset.

Receptionist pleasant and helpful. Clean and bright property. Communal area with tea and coffee facilities good idea.

The staff were superb. Nothing was too difficult. They were both friendly and helpful, going above and beyond what was needed.

It was stated that free parking would be available on site. What they should have added was, its on a first come, first served basis. There was none available, and I ended up having to find street parking. The room was baking hot, and although we were provided with a fan, it must have been faulty because it tripped the entire circuit, leaving us without electricity for several hours before it was rectified. No attempt from staff to compensate us for the inconvenience. There was a faint smell of stale cigarette odour in the room and the pillows, which were of poor quality, making it difficult to sleep well. I opened the bathroom cabinet, and the fixtures gave way, and the door was hanging loose. No option for breakfast even though it was advertised as a B&B.

Easy, speedy check It was modern and decorated to a good standard. Free teas and coffees and access to a lounge area and garden.

It would’ve been nice to have a kettle in the room to make cups of tea, although the area itself downstairs was very nice and clean.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Very clean, modern and comfortable room. Staff is friendly and available on reception 24/7 in case you need anything. There's free coffee/milk in the lounge. Good value for money. :)

No teamaking facilities in room.. had to go downstairs to make a cup of tea.. ( it was availble 24 hrs) Toilet and shower in a very cramped space. But we cant have everything!!

Bedside locker or shelve would be good. Bedside lamp and have chair in room. I understood that all rooms had private bathroom facilities. Did not like fact I had to leave my room to use bathroom facilities. Should be made clearer on booking advertisement.

The back where the terrace is looks apocalyptic. Even just mowing the lawn would help. Also, there was a screaming Fox every night in the back.

The hotel is as you'd expect for budget. Small, kinda rickety from the outside, creaky and shared facilities like shower and hot drinks. Kinda halfway between a hostel and hotel. The things the place can control like customer service, WIFI and cleanliness were top notch.

Hooks or a place to hang wet towels Aircon or a fan Bathroom is tiny( not comfortable for a bigger person) Also alot of stairs especially with luggage Picture showed 3 single beds, we got a double and a single - not alot of space for 3 adults

The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with a lovely common area that had teas and coffees. The hotel was in a nice area, only a short walk away from the London underground. Great value for money too!
