The cottage was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The mezzanine was cosy and quirky with carpeted stairs so no problems to stay 4 adults in the property. Great communication with clear instructions was also given so no issue what so ever. Close drive to most Cornwall attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was an absolute star! We booked around 8.30pm of the arrival day (after being let down by another property) and he turned up 10 mins later to let us in, show us around and turn on the heating etc. The place is lovely, beds are comfy and it was definitely nice and warm. Parking space right outside fitted our large SUV. We were able to make a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning in the well-equipped kitchen. Thanks so much!!

Lovely and very welcoming little cottage in Helston. The property had everything you needed. Loved all the quirks and features really gave it character. Also situated down a very peaceful lane. Great communication from the host Chris. We most certainly will be back!

The toilet was not working perfectly, but the host did everything for our comfort. So to be honest -- nothing to complain about. Everything is exactly as described.

The location was very good, short drive to everything we wanted to visit. We didn't have a chance to explore Helston itself though. The house was very clean on arrival, everything was well organized and we could find everything we needed inside. The house was also pre-heated to the comfortable temperature for our arrival. The kitchen also had everything, even tea bags. We couldn't find the sault, but we didn't expect it to be there. The host was very responsive and welcoming, we exchanged messages here on booking.com Loved our experience, will certainly recommend staying there.

A little tricky with the narrow road, but not a problem.

Nice space, loft area got a little warm at night; wish there had been a rail to hold when coming down early morning.

We liked everything.

The cottage is welcoming, cosy & comfortable. It’s in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the high street & yet quiet. Large parking space made things even easier.

Took a while to heat up, but stayed warm once it was heated.

Great location, secluded and quiet. Chris was very helpful when I did call him. The cottage was very nice and will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, perfect place for peace and quiet but 30 mins from fantastic coastline. The host Chris is great and would throughly recommend staying at this cottage! Actually if possible we will be heading back within a few weeks.
