The temperature in walk in shower was really hot even at the lowest setting we could put it on. TV connection was poor.

Location is great for days out. Accommodation was lovely and beds comfortable. The hot tub was fabulous.

Had to bring own plastic glasses as none available in lodge. Very short distance to local pub in Allerthorpe but section of road with no pavement meaning not really walkable..

It stated that there would be plastic glasses for us to use outside and there wasn't any and there were limited glasses. Only 3 wine glasses between 4 us. This didn't effect our stay though.

The peaceful location. The hot tub was amazing and the lodge was clean and comfortable. The communication before arrival was great and because we were arriving later than expected all the arrival info was emailed which made it a lot easier and stress free for our arrival. The lodge was really spacious and the added bonus of the sunshine made our short weekend break all the better. Lovely thank you

A couple of minor things... I asked a question through the site and never received a reply, so I put it through Booking.com, again, no response, so I had to do a bit of calling around to get an answer. There are lots of emails from the company, but the communication is very one-way. The other thing was that there was no one at reception when I checked out as I wanted to clarify a couple of things (about 8.50 - 8.55 as the original email said check out by 9.00). Waited around for 5/10 minutes and left as there was no one about. I assume that leaving the site without checking out with reception was OK, and if they need to check the time, there is a CCTV camera they can check.

The location was beautiful and the property itself was great. The food at JJ's on site was amazing and fantastic value for money, the staff the were also great, very accommodating and attentive. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I didn't like coming home.

The lodge had the wow factor as soon as the door was unlocked. It was -4 outside and the heating and fire inside kept us toasty. I slept in one of the single beds which was really comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful and very large.

Many places with hot tubs don’t have a shelter maybe a pop up gazebo as an option so it can be enjoyed in all weathers.

Amazing and welcoming location also easy to find. The lodge had everything you needed, it was super comfy and cosy. Hottub was very warm and relaxing. Definitely be coming back!

The only thing I would say is to maybe put a fence round the lodge with no spaces - just makes it a little bit more private when it comes to the hot tub and the lodges were quite close together

The lodges are so modern and clean and 100% worth the money. So much space and very relaxing. Had everything you possibly needed. Will definitely stay again!

Very friendly staff at park including jj's, lodge was clean and spacious, if I was to say anything bad it would be could be a bit more private, with screens round the hot tub.
