Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe fact i paid £18.00 for parking in the car park when if I'd known at the time that the Street that the car park leads to is free of parking restrictions this hasn't but nothing to do with the B&B.
Location is first class just a minute walk away from the center where there's everything you need. There are some great places to eat and drink nearby too.

United KingdomIt's not that we didn't like anything, but the TV didn't have any channels and the WiFi hub was unplugged that was outside our room. Not sure if it was unplugged for a reason so didn't want to mess with anything that obviously wasn't our belongings. So we were not sure if the reason we didn't have any TV was because of the Internet being plugged in. The price of £140 wasn't too over priced but would have loved it to have been closer to £110.
The room was exceptional, clean, comfy with everything we needed. Loved the little Beatrix Potter theme of Peter Rabbit too. Location was perfect. Parking was very close too. Will definitely book to stay again.

location was good, no breakfast , no parking, I booked another hotel but was told by Booking.com that they had overbooked so was given this property as an alternative, this was more expensive and no breakfast, room was good bit on the small side, the bathroom was tiny and no mirror in the bathroom which i found odd, the bed was really comfy so had a good night sleep, I had to pay £18 for parking as it is residents only near the hotel, tried to ringthe hotel to see if there was a parking option but nobody answered, nice hotel but not worth £160 a night with no breakfast.
