Everything, beautifully appointed room, lovely owners, ideal location, splendid breakfast, just perfect. Even the dogs were welcoming & friendly. I particularly like the piano in the bedroom!

It felt like home straight away. So incredibly relaxing, amazing sofa and wood-burning stove in the room. The breakfast was literally out of this world, with the incredible attention to detail, homemade jams and marmalade, perfectly cooked breakfast, and local berries. I really can’t think of a bad point.

This was one of the nicest places that I have stayed; a really charming room, but with modern facilities. Jane and Paul were perfect hosts and the breakfast was superb. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Best scrambled egg I’ve ever had. Non greasy fried slice, great sausage,love that they have mushrooms,crispy streaky bacon, lovely thick sliced toast and great jams. All my favourite fresh berries and the perfect coffee. Everything was piping hot. Everything was PERFECT.

Nothing - it was all fabulous.

We had a recent 2 night stay at Woodlands Farm and the previous reviews were spot on. It's a lovely place to stay. Jane & Paul were fabulous hosts, friendly and helpful. It's a lovely and quiet room, with it's own entrance and easy parking. Nice size, and everything is super clean and comfortable - we slept really well in the bed. Lovely bathroom and really clean again. Comfy seating, nice and warm and there was even some home made flapjack to have with our tea and coffee. There's a pub with decent food just up the lane from the farm and just a couple of minutes walk. Breakfasts were great, with home made bread and jams as well as the most wonderful scrambled eggs ever! We'll hopefully stay again next year when we're down again.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like

The property was clean, well presented and had lots of lovely elements to it. The gardens are beautiful and so peaceful to sit and enjoy. Jane is a very lovely lady and a brilliant host, we felt a warmth from her that made us feel nice and welcome the moment we got there. The breakfast was delicious and we were impressed with the options on offer, it was all very homely.

Excellent stay. The room was enormous and beautifully furnished. Hosts friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee were superb. We will be back to enjoy their wonderful garden and outside space.

Jane was really welcoming. Gardens were beautiful. A really comfortable bed and amazingly comfy three piece suite. Modern shower room. All of it clean in a lovely location. Breakfast was very tasty too.
