Very Noisy,, hear everything from downstairs and constant banging of doors as ours was loose when locked so moved easily and vibrated everytime someone opened a door outside or walked passed our room.. Could hear when the room next door used there loo and water. Creeking beds. These are issues but we didn't visit the area for the room so didn't spend much time in there

I really liked how friendly the staff were. I loved how cosy the hotel was. Lots of features. I loved the food!! My hubby and I couldn't get over the portion sizes and the quality of the food. Exceptional! Lovely view from our room and from the conservatory where you can eat.

I had to ask a few times for condiments for the meal , some thinner sheets in the room would have been great as I was really hot but these are not a huge problem as i still enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Cute, friendly, clean, the steak was delicious, overall a great stay and for the price it exceeded my expectations. I booked a single room but arrived to a comfortable double bed!! I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

We didn't receive bfast as paid for and no discussion about a refund for it. Bathroom had a shower head but couldn't stand up in shower as ceiling low. Doors small and partner banged his head going into bathroom.

The marketing of the hotel location needs to be clearer to manage expectations. It is based in the middle of a caravan park and used as the site bar/lounge area for site owners and their families, so busy with lots of children around. All fine if you know in advance. It is not a place for a quiet couples' break away from it all. For us, we were just overnighting so no problem. There is some noise from the bar in the rooms but we were made aware and as promised by the staff it had finished by 11pm. When there is a live act on though, the noise is very loud.

Friendliness and professionalism of the staff were great. Hotel and our room were clean and nicely presented, with great views. Good supply of tea and coffee in the room too.

The flies in our room if window ajar. Not knowing of entertainment night on the Friday in the bar our room was directly above the bar. Boom boom boom till 11.30pm

Only instant coffee that you had to make yourself at breakfast ,no saucers with the cups .poorly washed crockery. Reception area scruffy unperfeshonal. Noise from a joining rooms .poor information for local attractions.

As stated above, Booking.com confirmed that they had booked a "King" room but the hotel showed me their instructions from Booking which indicated the "Wagner." This was a simple error which took off the shine of our visit. If I have one complaint it's that the beds are far too soft.

The room was NOT the one I booked and I have written to Booking.com as it seems that they did not follow my instructions despite their confirmation that they had. The breakfast could not be faulted and the staff were most pleasant and obliging. Dinner was most enjoyable. The pricing is very competitive

The room smelt of sick, was too late todo anything when we arrived, so was given air freshener. Next morning were told cleaners would sort it for us, when we came back late Saturday evening from the wedding we had attended nothing had been sorted, the room still smelt.

Never had a deep fried breakfast before dreadful sausages, bacon, hash brown ,mushroom,fried bread everything deep fried!!!

Room good ,bar was nice but ran out of vodka proper bar prices
