This stay was wonderful. Dog friendly everywhere which was super. Dogs came with us for breakfast and dinner. The food was superb and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Dog welcome packs in the room was a first for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Glad it wasn't raining: the accommodation for us was roughly a 50 yard walk from our room to the Inn. It looked like there were rooms with in the Inn. Busy road but lots of signs warning pedestrians to take care crossing over from the car park.

The location was so peaceful, we could hear birds and running water from the stream outside. Breakfast was generous and staff were friendly and helpful. We also had extras, such as biscuits, coffee machine with pods.

I only complaint we has was I tv's on the accommodation did not work properly- they wouldn't hold a channel- we could only watch 1 news channel

Space for breakfast buffet is a bit limited but food was good.

Lovely quiet location in countryside. Comfortable clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Dinner was very good in cosy dining area. Appreciated the log fire. Second visit and we will definitely be back. Although it’s a wedding venue it doesn’t impact on other guests.

The situation was perfect - really beautiful and peaceful. We booked last minute and had no idea what to expect and were pleasantly surprised.in the country style it was super cosy with a roaring fire when we got there and a lovely ambiance .

The floor in the bedroom and bathroom could have been cleaner, but I am very fussy!,

The food at dinner and breakfast was fantastic, would highly recommend this place. We met with friends who live an hour north west of this place and we live an hour south so great half way meet. This was our first visit but we will definitely be doing it again.

We ate at the property in the evening and the young bar staff were very friendly and attentive. Room had tea and coffee making facililities. Shower was absolutely fantastic.

Breakfast was freshly cooked, with additional option of cereals, yogurts and toast. Plenty of tables available. Before we checked in, we had Sunday lunch with the family at the Inn. We were a group of 5 plus toddler and small dog. The food was delicious and plentiful. Although the price of £30 for 2 courses was higher than average, the quality and amount of food were excellent. We stayed in a Garden room across the road from the main restaurant / inn. The annex smelt very fresh and clean as we entered and the bed was very comfortable.

The young assistant manager who was a male who did not seem to be very helpful and did not seem like he wanted to listen

The music in the bar in the evening , our room was on the main Halifax road and noisy at 5 am
