We had some problems with the key box getting in at times but our hosts were very helpful in dealing with this.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was lovely to receive a warm welcome and the Christmas card and chocolates were a lovely touch. It was great as well to have access to the local Spa hotel, we really enjoyed the facilities. The cottage itself was very cosy and we enjoyed the local scenery a lot.

We thought the pool and other facilitieswould be closer but maybe a mile or 2 drive so still worked out fine to go for a swim/gum/sauna etc

Very nice place. Self catering but had everything you needed and comfortable with log fire n all. Was self catering and although the entrance close to the main country road you could easily walk from there to some stunning scenery. Recommended and hosts very nice although we only spoke on the phone.

The ceilings and doorways were very low. Anyone over 5’10 would have to duck down here and there. Two of our party are 6’ and over which resulted in much anguish and banged heads. My 74 year old dad hit his head on a glass ceiling light that shattered everywhere.

Charming cottage with brilliant wood burning stove and comfortable furnishings.
