The perfect place to stay in Aviemore. The kids toys and Lego were a lovely touch and the goodies in the kitchen were very much appreciated - thank you.

Beds and deters a little soft for our liking.

Location within 30 metres of the Aviemore circular was superb. Well appointed accommodation with sufficient garden space for our liking along with parking close to the property. We both have bad backs and prefer our beds and furnishings a bit firmer but others won’t be affected in the same way. We really liked the accommodation and its location.

The back door was not working but the host gave us a heads up about this and it was not a problem, it didn't impact on our stay at all. I took our black out blind for the bedroom to make it a bit darker for the baby as street lighting does get into the room.

Lovely clean, modern house that was perfect for a family getaway. Really helpful that the host provided a high chair and cot for us and the house had everything we needed for our stay! Plates and cutlery for children are provided with a nice welcome pack too. Parking was no problem and location is great.

Little arrival gift, great communication from The host, great location and very spacious. Everything you needed in terms of kitchen equipment. Some toys left for kids - which they loved and was a pleasant surprise. Also towels/ bed left for dog (although we moved them so our puppy couldn’t eat them). Good size for 3 adults, 2 kids and 2 labs.

Only very minor issues experienced that I don't hold the host accountable for such as the double bedroom is just a double sized bed and we are used to much larger at home so comfort was an issue the first night and we swapped rooms so we had two singles and our daughter had the double bed - she was very happy!

Host was fantastic and exceeded our expectations by dressing the house for Christmas and leaving a welcome basket of goodies. Great facilities for the doggies. The place was lovely and clean and had a nice feel to it. Very close to the woods which was great for walking the dogs. Everything we needed was in the house such as cooking facilities, towels, linen, toilet rolls, soap etc. Nice smart property. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in or around Aviemore. Will book again.

Great location. Stayed with a dog and it couldn't be better. Woods with loads of trails just outside the door. 10 minute walk to dog-friendly pubs.

Not overly toddler proof but I understand very hard to do. Possible improvements would be protect broadband router and hang tv on wall in living room. Also curtains could be more blackout.

Excellent Toys for children and access to garden equipment. Good parking. Good access to walks. All equipment works and the property is modern and fresh. Very clean and host had good communication

Open plan layout was a little noisy for us, but only due to talkative and early waking three year old in our party!

Cosy yet spacious. All modern facilities with well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms lovely and clean. Easy parking and not too far from town. Great for our dog who had a bed and towel provided which was a great touch.

The house is modern and really comfortable. Quiet location but a bit of road noise with the windows open. Roller blinds in bedrooms do mean that street lighting located immediately outside of the house does intrude but these are only very minor niggles.

Warm, well equipped, spacious, easy walk into town, ample parking, bike storage, outside space. A perfect base for exploring the vast choice of outdoor activities surrounding Aviemore. Short walk to very good local estate shop, pizza and fish and chip takeaways.

I can't fault the accommodation. The kitchen was fully equipped, the house was spotless and the communication throughout was very clear, friendly and helpful. We had organised a click and collect upon arrival so do bring breakfast essentials with you if you arrive at night- teabags, milk, bread etc for the morning. Emma very kindly left us a welcome bottle of wine and Easter eggs for the children though which was very thoughtful of her.

The house is situated at one end of Aviemore in a quiet cul de sac with parking outside the house so no need to carry luggage far when you arrive thankfully! The house has a very welcoming feel when you enter, it is spotless and kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Being a new build, it was also lovely and warm. Would definitely stay again.

We really can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this property.

Spacious. Modern and I can imagine in the summer it would be lovely to sit outside and soak up the rays. Very quiet at night which is perfect. The host was also very responsive to questions and more than helpful.
