Bus Stop outside for Manchester City Centre. Tram stop about 10 - 15 minutes walk away for City Centre. Large Room very clean, comfy and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat at the Hotel as attending a show at the AO Arena that evening. Didn't have breakfast as had to be somewhere else so ate along the way. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Manchester.

Everything was very good. Food very good. Room clean and warm and quiet. Everything you need for a business stay away. Very happy and anytime I need to stay in that area again I’ll be using this hotel again. I have no complaints and only good things to say about the staff as well. Friendly, accommodating, helpful. 👍

There was no breakfast on offer. This meant we had to find this off site. The in-room tea making facility was quite limited and had room for improvement. The general decor was in need of modernisation, still clean and serviceable but too 20th century.

Clean spacious room with large bed and good ensuite bathroom. Hotel had ample parking but was not well located for other transport. We ate in the restaurant which was most enjoyable and value for money. The excellent beer served here is exceptional.

Even though the public transport connections are good, during the rush hours it may take a while to get to the city centre.

Nice and spacious room with comfy beds. Really friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to city centre by bus (135 every 9 minutes). They have a nice pub downstairs where you can get good food and drinks. We visited at the beginning of June and the area is really pretty during the summertime, it was nice to just walk around the area.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable It was really warm in Manchester and there were no fans provided and the bathroom window is painted shut. With summers becoming warmer some measures to help cool the room down needs to be taken into consideration to provide a better stay.

Small hotel above a large pub, nice quiet location. Pub well furnished, good menu, cooked well and reasonably priced. 10 min walk to tram station in to Manchester.
