We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location for the caves. Room had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Good value for money - cheap accommodation.

We were really impressed with everything about this hotel. The room was far better than expected, the bed remarkably comfortable, the staff cheery and helpful and the food excellent although a limited choice. However what we had was well cooked and huge portions.

United KingdomThere were a number of issues during our stay a broken bed that couldn't be resolved for our first night but was changed for the second. Issues with the bath water in my parents room. Issues with the kitchen so food was served in the Wookey hole restaurant so food and drink options were limited. The first night it was very unclear what was and wasn’t available but a temporary revised menu was available the second night. We liked eating in the restaurant as it meant we could all sit together as a table of 7 which would not have been available in the hotel restaurant. Staff did their best to resolve the issues and limit the impact. We were refunded a small amount for the broken bed.
The staff were helpful and tried to resolve issue quickly. The room was comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay. The children enjoyed the games room.

No outside play area which would have been lovely for our toddler (especially as they have family rooms and a family orientated centre opposite -wookey hole) a lot of children visit. Bright green fire exit light in bedroom by door (rm17) which kept the room lit up all night.

Maintenance team could do with doing little jobs such as masticing bathroom etc bit of TLC needed ,I’m sure when the hotel first opened it was lovely wish the touches of Wookey hole witch just need a little refresh in area, Tv to small for room.
Nice breakfast reasonably priced good selection. Like the touches to Wookey Hole in the curtains and chairs comfortable bed
