Beautiful traditional hotel with comfortable rooms, all lovingly decorated. Service and welcome were very warm.

The location was right in the middle of the village with easy access to shops, pubs, and other points of interest. The facilities were pristine and so pretty. The room was small but charming and had all the essentials. The B&B itself is a jewel but the staff is what makes a place stand out. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. We felt welcomed and really enjoyed our stay there.

This is the epitome of an English country house, entirely and tastefully rennovated. The breakfasts were stupendous and service from Sharon and Sara was outstanding. If you're coming to the Cotswolds, stay here.

Shower tray was slippery, in a few years time I would need to be very careful going in there.

Breakfast was nice. Location was very good as it was central and walking distance to everything. The shower was excellent, the pressure was fantastic.

Nothing to complain about really!

Sumptuous and comprehensive breakfast choices available. Delicious and very well presented. We had ours in our room. It was a wonderful touch and felt pampered. Everybody we came in contact with were very courteous and warm. Sharon was extra helpful as we had not booked dinner and suggested we should book early. Thanks so much Sharon! All the staff at the restaurant (Michaels Mediterranean) were great too and lovely food as well! Would highly recommend and come back if was coming to visit this area again!

The breakfast room was a bit small. Most people took breakfast in their rooms...but this was not so easy if you chose the full breakfast. Wish there had been more variety offered for longer stays. Wish there was an indoor common area akin to an inn as or other B and B.

The bathroom had a few hairs on the floor when we arrived so could have been cleaner.

The room was absolutely stunning. The roll top bath in the bedroom was extra special.

Be aware there are stairs to most of the rooms… not an issue for us but I imagine it could be a problem for some.

The property is central but hard to find…it’s down a cute little alley next to Michael’s Restaurant across from the market center. The rooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable. We stayed in two rooms because the first one on the first floor, Chastleton, which was very spacious, was underneath the breakfast room. Sharon offered the choice of two other rooms so we stayed in Hidcote, a slightly smaller room but lovely with a rooftop view. We were given a bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience, such a sweet gesture. Breakfast was delicious!

Friendly staff are extremely helpful, even when I was late booking the restaurant and breakfast time Sarah the owner sorted it out for me. Rooms were first class. Breakfast was marvelous.
