We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDon’t book this hotel. It’s a scam. They don’t have rooms and don’t accept booking online. The new owner who bought the hotel from the old owner don’t accept booking.com. I got to the hotel yesterday and was told they can’t give me any room and no room , everywhere is full because my booking isn’t valid on booking.com. I did not sleep in any room. I want my money back

United KingdomI have stay in hostels all around the world but damn this is the worse one ever! Told me 30 mins to find the hostel. Took me another 1 hour to get in (21.30) just been told there no bed for me and sleep on sofa in freezing cold front room. The guy refuse to answer the phone and wouldn't reply after sending text saying can't pick up please text me! Had get manager from his bed to check me in. Ask me for 10 pounds for deposit for key which door doesn't even locked lol. Rats in kitchen and hallway. Toilets down fuse and showers are super awful and massive dirty. I jlused work ones thank god. My blanket got nick and refuse give me new one. They give me bed sheet as replacement. Manager super rude asking me if I live here went I got in from work. (Big boss I met after 10 days of staying) no customer service skills.... First time I check in with no one ready to welcome me. No one there to give me my deposit back as well. Overall I don't know how this place is legally opened. I work in hospitality for 15 years and never saw anything this bad. I only carry on staying bcuz I didn't bed to sleep tbf. Oh by the way bed is super thin and rooms are super cold. No heating at all. My recommended is to pay 100 pounds or 150 pounds more per month to stay your self from this pay.

United KingdomI paid and wasn't able to use the property. The property wrote check-in as 12pm. But on arriving there, I wasn't allowed in, was told I will have to wait till 2 pm. I had to look for another accommodation to rest as the Woolwich Backpackers property had zero concern for the guest only interested in the money paid. I wasn't refunded my money even thou I never used the accommodation.
