The apartment needed a lot of TLC and very basic. Blinds in lounge broken. Shower cubicle seal doesn't work properly, tap in sink has very low pressure when cold water needed. Needs a lot of deep cleaning. Shop to get deposit back did not open till 10.05am despite opening time saying 9am.

Convenient location - opposite bus station and 5 mins from train station. 8 mims walk to the Hall (venue where we were seeing a show). Cheap price.. towels, shower gel and hand soap provided.

It's about privacy, I was in the Mall to buy something at checkout time. I didn't focus on the time of leaving, there is mention of 11:00 and i assume it is Midnight 11:00. They had called me but i was busy and called missed from my side. They Open the room with the 2nd key, and all our personal belongings are put in one plastic bag without our permission, Their staff put our food in the bin, which is very Awful for me. What if our personal things are gonna be missing, this makes me disappointed, Instead they have to wait until my call or arrival, and charge me for it. I will never go there again. I hope it will help someone else, and might be they will improve his services and respect someone's privacy. Many thanks.

I would say, it was nice, and easiest to access this from the "WVHMPTN" bus station of a few steps.

Expensive - it was £20 cheaper at easter the previous week. No tea or coffee although there was a kettle. TV did not work. Poor value for money. Took ages for someone to arrive to return the keys the next morning and had to wait as paid a £50 deposit.

The stairs were dirty. The bathroom was not well cleaned and the living room and bedroom were dusty. The couch in the living room needs to be changed as it has had it's best days.

I don't like the fact that I arrived lately when the place was all close due to the fact that I missed the flight. But when everyone is going to sleep, they can drop your key somewhere to pick up when ever you arrive since the receptionist don't sleep there as it is been done in different places like in New York, Grand Canaria, Poland , France.thank you very much.

The location of the rest house is perfect , but now the chairs inside are very old and also the kitchen compartment plus the cutelaries in the kitchen. The toilet pot is not stable and the window don't close well. When they are fighting outside, you can not sleep due to the windows that don't closes well.

We were asked to pay a deposit in cash for breakages, which is not advertised... inside the apartment, the wardrobe was already smashed. The settee was filthy and material hanging off it. I imagine the room has been used for stags/hens that sort of thing. The ceiling and doors were stained with what could only imagine drinks, food, etc, and didn't look very pleasant. The toilet brush is visible by the toilet and was filthy. The room we were in on the front facing the tram stop the blinds were all broken. I had to try to hang a towel across the window to block out some of the light. We could not see any parking at the premises. We did get our deposit back, no problem, and I can see why they have to ask as the room has obviously sadly been abused in the past. The staff from the shop who owned the apartment were very friendly The picture on the room advertisement is definitely not like the room we had. The picture looks better and is deceiving, leaving you disappointed when you get in the room.

BUT, certain issues need addressing. Like the fact that the blinds didn't fully cover any of the three windows in the apartment. This meant that I couldn't have shower and even had to put both towels over the shower cabinet so there was no reflection of anyone sitting on the loo!! The bedroom blinds weren't wide enough to cover the window so I wasn't comfortable about sitting up reading in bed. Not so important, but pretty basic, there was the same problem with a lack of curtains/blinds in the living room/kitchen area. Also there was no cup included in the kitchen equipment. Fortunately I had brought my travel mug.

This could be a really good apartment. It's central, within walking distance of the train station and right opposite the bus station. Handy for shops, theatre and tourist venues. Modern bathroom. Large bedroom. Lovely towels. Great microwave and two electric rings.

Ceiling continually leaked when room above took a shower. Toaster and hotplates didnt work. Repelirted but not looked at or replaced. Had a battle to get a second key even though had 2 guests staying for 2 months. Very noisy due to tram outside.

We were not given prior instructions about accessing the property. We arrived and rang the bell and the phone number on the door for around 10 minutes before anyone arrived. He was not friendly, polite or apologetic at all. He asked us for a deposit, which we didn't know that we would need in advance (it was in the small print but not obvious). He also said it had to be cash, this was not in the information, and he was very vague about where there was a cash machine. Once we had got cash we arrived back and it took a further 5 minutes of ringing the bell for him to answer again. On departure we were told to leave the keys at the shop next door and they would give us back the deposit. The lady in the shop was very rude, there was a queue in the shop which we had joined, and when we got to the front of the queue she told us to move out of the way while she served the customers! When we said that we had already queued for quite a while we were told that she was just doing him a favour. She proceeded to get the deposit for us making comments about us making the people in the queue late for work.

Very convenient for the train station and bus station. The kitchen/lounge area was very spacious and well laid out. The bedroom and bathroom were smaller but were still comfortable.

Had to pay £50 cash deposit despite having paid in full through Booking.com. It was only when I asked for a receipt ( which I didn’t receive) I was informed I could get my deposit back from the shop next door in the morning. All signs in the accommodation requested that you drop your keys off in the office letterbox. There was no information indicating how you could get your deposit back. As for the facilities, the window blinds were broken and didn’t provide any privacy or occlude the street lights. We didn’t sleep very well at all.

The room was divided into bedroom, living area/kitchen, and bathroom, and only the bedroom was heated, so in the morning the bathroom was an icebox. Also the showhead was very finicky, with about 1mm of play between scalding hot and ice cold.

I've never had to hand over a cash deposit before - but then again I've never stayed in Wolverhampton before! Although clean, the apartment has obviously been well used so I had to take pictures of pre-existing damage to ensure I would get my deposit returned (which I did without a problem).

The people who dealt with giving me the keys and checking me out were friendly. The place was clean (although the sofa was very stained).
