We would prefer ordinary coffee as we seem to struggle with these Tassimo machines being two pensioners, but that is just our personal choice. 🙂

As we had to cancel our original booking we were very pleased to be offered another night without losing our money.This is our 2nd stay here and it is ideal for us. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The accommodation was lovely, with a really comfortable bed , and we had the best views of both the castle and the estuary.

The bathroom was a little chilly and when the window blind in the room was pulled down we found it did not have a cord and we could not raise it back up.

Absolutely perfect location in the centre of the town right next to the Castle and within walking distance of the town full of eateries and quaint pubs. We had a delightful bright and airy room overlooking the Castle. The rooms are above the pizza restaurant and bar but very quiet. We ate pizzas in our room and they were the best I've ever had! A continental breakfast of croissants butter jam fruit juice fruit salad and yoghurt was delivered outside our room in the morning which was a wonderful surprise as I hadn't realised it was included. The coffee machine in the room was also a bonus! Beds really comfy and we will be back

The little things! They could replenish teas,coffee pods, sugar etc and replace the dirty cup with clean ones. Replace towels daily too. The staff are happy to do it but it would be much better if you didn’t have to ask.

Happy with the continental breakfast because you could easily take it out with you if you wanted to. Love the location.

Location was excellent! Comfortable bed and very big bathroom with very nice view (shame the view is from the bathroom!) If you book to eat at Johnny Dough's pizza, the pizzas are outstanding!

Parking was a bit annoying as it can be limited in Conwy. Not something that would stop us staying again though.

Parking in Conwy is an issue generally - drop-off/pick up luggage with another guest is advisable.

Good breakfast package of fruit, yogurt and croissants - ideal for us. Good space for our dogs in the dog friendly superior double room.

The room was lovely and big.The views (2 windows) were lovely. The castle one side and the marina on the other . Everything we needed and a lovely breakfast left outside the door at 8.30.woukd highly recommend a stay here . Great location .

We were soaking wet we got home at night and there was no heating on and was cold all night and clothes were still wet in the morning 😪

Restaurant toilets poor hygiene. The hallway stair carpet needed a jolly good hoover. Bathroom a little worn.

Breakfast - continental style delivered to the door promptly. Sat on pleasant balcony to eat it. Fab pizza for dinner in the evening restaurant fun with a busy vibe. Nicely furnished room with little extras.

The room was unbearably hot. The fan was not sufficient. There seemed lack of accessible sockets in the room.

The location was excellent. The standard king room was reasonably priced. Being above the pizza restaurant was fab! Pizzas were lovely. The breakfast that was delivered outside our door around 8.30 am was a nice surprise! We stayed an extra night at the accommodation, which the staff sorted out for us on our arrival.
