shame the window didn’t open as it got a bit stuffy although there was a big fan. bath grouting needed a bit of a clean

location, nice big room with a castle view. Breakfast delivered to the room was an unexpected bonus and really good selection. Staff welcoming and friendly. excellent shortbread on arrival.

Pleasant staff, good location, good coffee machine, breakfast has always been on time and good value. The pizza restaurant below is good value and good food.

Two really petty things. The toilet moved when you sat on it and the skirting boards need dusting

Window had to be propped open and the bed was two mattresses so you had to sleep separate.

Great location right in the middle of town. Breakfast was continental and left outside the room but it was plentiful with good selection and fresh fruit.

Shower was poor and toilet was very noisy. Tap dripped a lot. Lighting was poor (two bulbs out) and one of the bedside sockets did not work.

Good clean room, nice and warm. Great location and friendly staff. Good facilities and very accomodating with dietary needs in terms of breakfast.

No parking facilities,we knew this anyway but couldn't think of anything else to not like about our stay!

Lovely chocolate millionaire shortbread in a box,Tassimo coffee maker and a lovely breakfast bag delivered to our room door.Looked like room had been refurbished since our last visit,overlooking road.Ordered a fantastic pizza from downstairs and ate in room as we had our dog with us.Little balcony with table and chairs on side of building,unfortunately didn't sit out due to weather conditions (rain).Would highly recommend,brilliant location and always friendly staff!
