A drying stand for wet clothes, I don't like to use tumble dryers, TV and lamp were on there legs I did worry the dogs would knock over. But stay here you will love it

The weather! However the rain made for dramatic changes to the river during our stay. Also discovered that messages from Booking.com can take time to appear in my inbox causing pre-departure key code anxiety - although not an issue for those who live 24/7 with the internet. Thankfully the hosts run the shop so provide a human face.

Excellent central location in pretty village giving a great base to explore the area. Exceptionally quiet overnight. Property is very spacious and thoughtfully equipped so that you instantly feel at home. Hosts very friendly and helpful. The property has been very well restored, nicely detailed and finished to a very high standard. The village shop, butchers, tea shop & pub buck the trend for many small villages and all warrant support.

Had a lovely little break here. The accommodation had a real cosy feel to it, with everything we needed. Used the village shop and pub, both very nice, and had a walk along the canal to another local pub. Would definitely stay here again!

just a tiny thing but the property really needs a door mat inside the porch as it was wet outside and it was difficult to take shoes off and put slippers on without getting them dirty as the floor got wet and muddy from bringing in the bags.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we could have needed. The homemade scones were a welcome touch! We didn’t bring our dog with us because we were attending a wedding but we loved how dog friendly it was.

A beautiful apartment that was well equipped for all needs. It had more space than we expected so we had plenty of space and room. The apartment was clean throughout and had everything you could need for a break away! It was cosy and comfortable. The heating was left on for us for when we arrived which was lovely to walk into from the cold outside! We would absolutely love to return again for a longer break away and actually enjoy spending the time indoors as this property offers the comfort that you would need for a couple with a dog for a few nights away!
