The WiFi had no internet connection but that could have been a one off

Huge apartment with big comfy beds for 6 of us. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect city centre location but very quiet overnight!

The downside was 8 of us stayed 2 nights an only 1 person managed a hot shower there was no hot water at all after that Dropped something that rolled under the bed an was shocked to find that obviously the beds aren't moved to clean which is sad because surfacely it looked clean . There needs to be some sort of wall hangers for coats as there's was on 2 hangers each so our outerwear was on a coffee table come pouffe all weekend Would be a fantastic place with little things put in place the pictures are a little misleading sadly 😥

Nothing! It was great!

Great location! The hosts were absolutely fantastic. We had a minor issue and within minutes it was resolved. Clean and spacious. Easy access to the nightlife but quiet enough to sleep! Outdoor area was fabulous.

Prices that weekend were very high due to the grand national .

Location was so perfect near to everything we wanted to visit and also near some really lovely places to eat ,,everything was so clean ,beds were super comfy .Really perfect for our family with two teenage children .

Really nothing to say here. Check out could be 11 instead of 10am but the cleaners were respectful and not banging down the door at 10am on the dot. Allowed us to gather our bits and leave at 10:15.

Extremely clean and large apartment for amazing value. Really impress with the living area, comfy beds and quality of the kitchen and bathroom etc. Easy entry and checkin with secure doors. Fridge is perfect for some beers before a big match and there is a bowling place directly across the road. Couldn't ask for much more for the price. So cheap.

Only slight issue we had was the wifi didn’t work throughout our stay and the signal isn’t the greatest but it was manageable

Amazing for a big group, all the facilities are amazing defo would recommend for summer so you can use the outside it was unfortunately too cold for us :(

Lighting in the 10 person apartment was a little dim in the living room. And occasionally the doors to the apartments would not open on the code being entered, it would take a handful of tries. But very minor things that didn't detract from the amazing time we had.

The apartments were amazing, the team called before we arrived to notify us they had moved our apartments around, which actually worked better for our group. We were provided with the 6-bed, 8-bed and 10-bed apartments (there were 20 of us). The 10-bed has a great outdoor area. The size of the apartments is amazing, they are so big. The location is great, you're within walking distance of the train stations, docks and attractions. The team were also super sweet and provided us with complimentary prosecco and let us have a late checkout. Our lovely bride-to-be had the best time, so thank you again!

Arrived early. Contacted the staff who provided us with the code to access the apartment. Check in was not until 3pm and we were able to check in at 10.30am. Spacious and perfectly located to Liverpool one that was just a wee dander around the corner. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Radiator wasn’t working in second bedroom.

It was perfect for a group of 11 girls staying for 2 nights. The bathrooms were spacious with a shower in each. There was plenty of seating for everyone in kitchen. Codes for entry made it so easy with no worries about keys.

The toilet roll was poor quality and there was only one and half rolls for 4 adults, extra required. The fixed lounge area looked fabulous but in reality was very uncomfortable. There was no plug next to the mirrors for hair tools. I had contacted the apartment but received no communication back with regards to early entry.

Absoloutely nothing! It was perfect. Slight issue with door code but as soon as I contacted the property, they had someone come look at it instantly

It was the perfect place for our hen party! Huge space, wine cooler, outdoor relaxation area and bar, 2 showers! Also no more than 5mins walk from concert square so perfect central location

Fantastic location, so easy to get around. Easy to find and the apartment itself was well equipped for what we needed. We were a family of 6 and the apartment was plenty big for us. We ate out so didn’t use the kitchen but looked like it had everything you would need if you stayed longer and did use it. Staff member I spoke to was very helpful and in hand if needed.

The only thing I would add is that having tea bags or coffee in the apartment would be a nice touch, but it was not a big deal, and there was a shop around the corner. But having them there when we got there would have been an added extra.

The location was just perfect. It was warm, comfortable and a really nice space. I would stay here again!
