Great gym, great bar, free tea and coffee, friendly helpful staff, £5/£10 voucher if you skip housekeeping for the day was a great feature and the rooms were simple but clean, amazing location and had everything we needed for a great price!

I don’t like when breakfast is offered at an additional cost. But it’s not uncommon. Right outside there is an excellent coffee shop I just adored.

The location and staff were great. I also liked the fact they offer both coffee and tea free of charge at any time. It was available next to the bar and you could go get a mug and just enjoy it.

I don't understand how this is a 4* hotel. It feels like a glorified Premier Inn. The walls in the hallway were tired, shower cubicle was grimey and marked, there are no tea/coffee facilities, the bed wasn't comfortable but I get that can be preferential. It's not a bad hotel at all, but I wouldn't consider it to be on par with other hotels I've stayed in recently.

Location was good, close enough to both the West End and the city centre. Room was large with basic amenities

There didn’t seem to be any guest parking but that wasn’t relevant to this particular stay. Not sure on that point though.

As a budget type hotel it was excellent. Free tea and coffee in the bar area which was warm and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful and they assisted with our check in and additional room keycards very promptly. Everything was clean and the bathroom toiletries were of excellent quality. I would stay there again.

Free bottles of water or a coffee machine/kettle would have been useful for the room as well as a shower cap, other than that no complaints!

The location was great, 15-20 minute walk from everything in the city centre. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, they even gave us a list of restaurants and activities they recommend! They allowed us to check in 2 hours early at no extra cost, and store our luggage in the hotel after checkout at no extra cost. The room had a mini fridge for our use and a safe. It also had chromecast on the TV which was great and easy to use, as well as blackout blinds which were appreciated. The bathroom supplied free handwash, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash which was very helpful. The bed could also be elevated with a button which was a nice touch.

I didn’t like the air condition only because it was at a certain temperature and every time I tried to turn it up it went back down but we got it working after a few goes but it wasn’t a big deal

Really liked this hotel the rooms were spotless , the location was really good one 4/5 minutes walk to princes street and very central , the bed was really comfy and the staff were really helpful

The room I booked didn't have any windows, which wasn't specified beforehand. This affected the lighting for work, but it's great for relaxation and unwinding.

Excellent location with accommodating staff. The room was spacious and cosy, and the staff were pleasant and supportive.
