Only access to the bed from one side - not great for two sharing!

All you need for a reasonably priced overnight stay in London. Comfy bed and shower. Very clean.

Lack of a comfy chair in the room, and a reading lamp. When you share a room with someone who has different sleeping patterns, it’s useful to have these two things available, and I think there was room in there for a comfy chair.

Location, not a hotel with lots of floors. Our room was easily accessible.

Confusion of two Z brand hotels on the same street. Recommend that they differentiate the name using the number 'e.g. Z51 and Z78'

Everything worked well, I have no negative comments about the property. It did everything we needed it to do - cheese and wine was the best!

Very close to Oxford street but just out of the hustle and bustle , fabulous location. The room was very spacious and clean, all the facilities you require.

The location was great, right at the centre of the city with the underground being 5 minutes away and main street being just a block away. The staff was helpful and polite and they even kept our luggage after we checked out for a few hours before our flight. The room was a bit small but it did the trick and it was cleaned every day.

This room should not be advertised as suitable for 2, even a couple. You need to climb over eachother to get in and out of the bed as you can't walk round it. It's squeezed in under the window and pushed against the wall on 3 sides. There are only 2 sockets in the room, none in the bathroom. Not so handy that one socket is uk the other European. No mirror in the room. Actual floor space to stand in is about 60cm x 1m. The 60cm is between the bed and bathroom. The bathroom has badly half frosted glass and gaps in the door you cannot avoid seeing eachother on the toilet. There is no wardrobe/drawer/cupboard and only space under the bed for 1 hand luggage sized space. I guess £420 for 2 people 3 nights is good for London but no way on earth is this a room suitable for 2.

The location was perfect and room was very clean. Proper hairdryer but you can't charge your phone and dry your hair at the same time. Also you can't see what you're doing when drying your hair as there's no mirror.

Only thing we would have changed was the ability to dim the lights in the main room or have a bed side lamp. Other than that, nothing!

Our experience was amazing at this hotel from Arianna at front desk making us feel so welcome with her warm hospitality. And Arani who created a beautiful love heart towel display for our anniversary! Alberto, the manager, who was amazing at promptly fixing any issues in our room. Such a fantastic experience!

I was in the basement floor so I heard loud footsteps in the evening and did not get good sleep on the first night.

I got upgraded to a king size bedroom.

The cleaning staff are noisy in the morning, don't expect to sleep once they start!

Great room on the top floor, clean and comfortable with free water, tea and coffee. Decent shower and good wifi. Luggage storage was very useful. Good location for tubes and for walking to Hyde Park and Regents Park. Plenty of supermarkets, places to eat and drink nearby. Despite its central location, hotel is very quiet at night.

We had a room in the basement underneath the restaurant so it was a bit noisy.

Overall a very good hotel with friendly staff, clean room and equipped with everything you need. Location is very central and easily reachable by public transport. The free wine and cheese is a nice bonus!

The room is very small and the bathroom door is just tinted glass which leaves little privacy. Our towels were changed everyday even though we followed the instructions on how to not have them changed everyday, so that seemed a bit unnecessary.

Location was good, everything was clean. Breakfast was not included but very good. Bed was comfortable.

There was only one small bin next to the bathroom toilet. To prevent trash building up, a bigger bin in the hallway would’ve been suitable.

We were upgraded to a Queen suite! So spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. The bathroom had 2 shower gel pouches which smelt lovely. The shower was perfectly hot. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The TV actually worked and had YouTube (hotels I go to normally don’t have working TV’s). There was loads of complimentary drinks in our room. Even hot chocolate! Such a perfect addition.
