The bed was rather hard. Not the best but by no means the worst bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. For a room of this size, Hub by Premier Inn has the best quality bed. An improvement in this area would give Z Hotels a brilliant product.

It’s a fabulous location. Lots of good coffee shops a couple of minutes away and of course all of the tourist stuff is on your doorstep. It is a very central location with a lot of nightlife in the vicinity.

The rooms were very compact but we were able to make do with the extra shelves and crannies provided.

It was a very convenient location to the main sights. The breakfast was great for a continental bar with ham and a delicious fresh fruit cup . Staff was helpful keeping our luggage with our early arrival. Bed was very comfortable. Many restaurants in area.

Kids were playing, screaming and running in the middle of the night around 4 a.m. in the hallways. When I opened the door, they quickly ran away to their rooms.

We were surprised when we entered the room. Everything was more modern than expected with the latest tech upgrades. Everything was super modern, clean, comfy. The staff was super friendly as well. Cool implementation of the bathroom. Great example of how to optimally design a small space.

Shower hose was leaking on arrival, but was fixed the same day when we reported it. Breakfasts prices are a bit steep if you are not on expenses!

Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, theatre.. Room is compact but has everything you need. Very friendly staff. Staff have a very good attitude.Keen to help. Quiet environment as it is mostly pedestrianised. The large screen Sky TV on.the wall at the foot of the bed makes you feel like you are at the cinema.

We left towels on the floor to get new ones. when we returned to the room our dirty wet towels (which were on the floor! ) were on the hangers. So I had to go to the reception and ask for a new ones

The bathroom wall in our room was glass, and although it was frosted, the frosting appeared to be applied the wrong way around, which meant privacy felt quite low.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, both when we arrived, and when we were leaving.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was centrally located opposite the Theatre Royal, and a short walk away from the shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as attractions such as the Roman Baths and Royal Crescent. My room was compact and clean, and had a comfortable double bed and smart ensuite bathroom with a shower. Although there wasn't a wardrobe, there were hooks on the wall to hang my clothes. The lighting in the room was controlled via a panel by my bed, where you could also raise and lower the electric window blind. A large-screen television was fitted on the wall at the end of the bed. There was complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room, together with a small kettle. All of the staff who served me were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Before my journey home on the last day of my stay, I was able to store my luggage at the hotel while I spent time walking around the city. A member of staff gave me a ticket for my bag, which I handed back on collection. This service was much appreciated.

The rooms with no windows are smaller than expected. I would only book these if you are very comfortable with the other person or staying in them alone. Besides this, everything was perfect.

The hotel was very central and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend trip.

The only thing was the see-through bathroom walls. We did not feel at our ease when inside the toilet or having a shower. It was not specified anywhere during the booking

Room very well equipped but I would say a tad too small. Also, did not like the discrepancies in prices at the bar, cocktail prices were different between the advert on the counter against the price on the book price list and when paying, paid even more.. When asked, I was told it's a service charge for the employees.. I'm OK with that but why not to add those 10% straight to the price list since it's mandatory? Otherwise it should be an option for the customer to pay or not. Also, the tv kept losing connection in the bedroom, kept buffering. But apart from that, it was great and would definitely book again.

Location was very good and the hotel was very clean. Smelled amazing at the reception every time we entered the building.
