We had a room without a window and the fan in the shower didn't work very well so room quite steamed up. Could also do with better solutions for storing clothes

Great location and very friendly staff.

The bathroom is a glass cube inside the windowless room. The ventilation was very bad, not enough fresh air at night.

Great location for theatre visitors. We walked everywhere. Very clean, compact little room, OK for a day or two stay. Superfriendly staff.

Space was a little tight, but having the large window was a plus. There was no place to hang up damp towels to avoid unnecessary laundry.

Although the dimensions of the room were modest, it was just enough space for two people to manage. No cupboard or drawers for clothes, but hooks and hangers served adequately. High tech light switches and electric blind command. Wonderful shower pressure. Comfortable bed, large and fluffy towels, kettle with makings for coffee, tea and cocoa. Complimentary wine and cheese on Saturday evening at a very high standard. Staff were all friendly and seemed proud to work at the hotel. Location excellent, especially if attending a performance at the Royal Opera House. 24-hour café with reasonable prices. Apparently the breakfast array is very good.

The WiFi didn't connect to the TV, so wasn't able to use it. I was in a window-less room, and this meant the lights specifically in the bathroom weren't quite bright enough so it was quite dark. Room wasn't quite as soundproof as other hotels I've stayed in, so was disturbed quite a bit by other guests.

The room is compact but was very clean and tidy. The bed was firm but comfortable. Good selection of hot drinks available to make in your room (appreciated that there was oat milk available!).

The rooms are really cosy but small . Our was without window but it was the only one available at that time. No fridge in it.

The hotel is very well located. Near it there are bus and metro stops. There is also supermarket across the street. All the sightseeing are near. There is everything you need inside coffee, milk, tea. Everyday cleaning. Two days a week free wine and cheese. The staff is very friendly. Perfect for short trip.

We made the mistake of booking a room in the basement. Poor ventilation, the sound of plumbing over the bed and smell in hallway was not pleasant.

The only very minor drawback for me is the comfort of the beds. Far too hard but for one night it was OK. For anyone who has stayed in a Premier Inn Hub, this is basically the same but better and better value .

The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need in that area. The reception was no frills but we were checked in by very pleasant staff. The room was very small but it had everything you need. It was very modern and I liked the touch pad for controlling the lights, air con etc... The room was quiet considering the location and we were lucky to overlook the church and gardens with a view over to Covent Garden. The bathroom was clean and modern with a lovely hot shower and the complimentary shower gel was unexpected and actually had a lovely scent. Towels were soft and fluffy. The complimentary tea/coffee etc was plentiful and included hot chocolate and chamomile tea which is what I would expect from a more luxury hotel. Free WiFi, sky movies is also above what you would expect. We didn't try the cafe but it's menu looked good and people were sat enjoying food and drinks.

Housekeeping forgot to replenish our soap and shampoo. Good thing, we brought extra ones.

The staff (especially those at the front desk) were super friendly and accommodating. They've cleaned our rooms on a daily basis and provided us with new towels, utensils, coffee, and tea.

When I booked this stay, I asked if we can leave our carry on luggages because we had a trip outside London and would be back after 2 nights. The staff responded that they would accommodate the request. However when we got there, the manager did not allow that to happen. We had to pay extra for luggage storage in another facility. Also, the family room is really small.

We came early and the staff were so nice and helpful to accommodate us for an early check in. They've always cleaned our room on a daily basis and provided additional towels and another bottle of tap water.
