Bed was so hard, woke up really aching. Could also hear TV from neighbour which was vibrating the walls at some points - sounded like an action movie!!

The shower room smelt a bit of poor drainage

The room is small .It is alright for a short stay like 2 nights . Only toileteries is a 2 in 1 pack and a hand soap .

The location is fantastic . Close to Charing cross and Embankment tube and Covent Garden nearby too . The supermart and eateries are in close proximity . Going to Heathrow airport rather convenient .

The glass bathroom door was a little off putting. We managed to work out a good system to make things more private but I think if me and my partner had only been together for a little while it would have been awkward and uncomfortable. There was also a slight issue with noise. There was work being carried out right outside of our room for our entire stay. Not sure if it was related to the hotel or a neighbouring building but the work started on the dot at 8am. I fully understand that this may have been outwith the control of the hotel and to be honest, it got us up and out the door ready to explore. There was just one morning (after a little too much wine the night before) that we could have done with a little longer in bed.

Location was excellent, staff lovely, helpful and accommodating. Bed comfortable and room was overall very good. Great transport links and easy to find. Excellent value for money, especially for London. We booked to see ‘Back to the future’ at the Adelphi theatre. We left the hotel at 7.10pm and were seated in the theatre literally at 7.15pm. Could not have been better.

The location is excellent! You can walk to all the attractions in London and it's a few steps away from Covent Garden and Theater District. It's our 3rd time staying here. The room is basic but clean and comfortable and the area is in a safe location. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location. Room was small (as advertised). Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and when I requested an iron, it arrived within 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. Would definitely use again.

Room was clean and tidy with lots of thoughtful design elements to maximize the small space. Bed was super comfortable- heavenly to sink into after a late night flight. Reception is 24 hours so late night check-in was no problem, and I was very happy to pay £10 to extend my check out to 12pm midday. Very easy walk from the station even with a large bag, which made getting to Heathrow/King's Cross quite straightforward. They were happy to hold my luggage while I explored Covent Garden for the day - loved being able to explore, there is so much to see in the vicinity of the hotel. I'd stay again next time I'm in London!
